hello .. 399 service charge is rather expensive .. i went to see their property in Sep 2020 .. only my personal opinion , we didn’t make any offer .. the security is not the best , due to the proximity of Bang Bsng & supermarkets & Edgware Road , Also the unit is almost facing Edgware Road .. any property facing such a major road will depreciates the resell value ... the 399 has no secure gates , etc , just about anyone can walk into the courtyard .. good luck if you are going ahead with the purchase .. please be careful 😉

數年前胆粗粗在這裏買了一間二手排屋，住落覺得治安好，購物及交通都好方便，好多中國嘢買。Colindale的確有不少重建项目，Colindale Garden整個樓盤好大，大過黄埔花園，相信日後入伙會很旺，唯一担心Colindale Avenue會否常塞車？Colindale地鐵站會否擴大？
我就覺得交通方便，地鐵站會否擴大就唔太清楚。車係比以前多了，因為呢區都一直keep住發展。
這裡治安好嗎？
Millbrook park 屬於新發展，感覺環境不太複雜。
Ai sushi... N12.. 猶太人越來越少丶Iranians 進駐多了..好彩呢二班人都有錢⋯⋯挺實樓價

Mill Hill 有無傢具店？如果揾人度身訂造電視櫃是否很貴？ 巴士班次密嗎？
巴士每6/8分鐘一班。附近都有家俱店。度身訂造應該要看size，價錢就不太清楚啦🙏🏽

行唔洗5分鐘就到啦。 有兩個showroom✌🏼
Millbrook park 要好小心買、因為塊地係private estate ,徐所管理費、重有好多 hidden extra charges ,好多單位的管理費都好貴、我本人都put an offer on a 2bedrooms apartment , 律師話好多extra charges 再要加上去、所以我地想過都係唔買！Millbrook park 真係好靚、好清閑、咨安又好、、但係upkeep 貴、同時賣返出去、或者比較難！😞 Eco development 個啲apartment , service charge 會好貴！有另外1個apartment 、service charge £3200一年！+ground rent , etc etc ! see the millbrook park ‘s astronomical hidden charges raised concerns with the local mayor ⬇️⬇️ www.london.gov.uk/questions/2018/0243 Regrettably , that’s the reason why we didn’t go through with the sale at Millbrook Park 😞 最怕係買咗之後、好難賣返出去🧐🤔😶
