On Sunday 18th August 2024 Glen Visited Cuffley Model Flying Club for a Model Helicopter Fly In.
The weather was perfect for flying model Helicopters. The event was mainly visitors with scale helicopters of various sizes and few pod and boom pilots. As event grows over the years this will become a great mixed discipline.
The Clubs site is locate north of London in the Hertfordshire countryside. They share the site with a Pony club and the eventing course does pass through the flying field. A Piper Cherokee makes for an interesting challenge for the horses.
