Ingredients: - 4 Tablespoons olive oil - 1 teaspoon dried parsley - 1/2 teaspoon dried dill - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano - 1 teaspoon salt - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced - 24 oz cooked cauliflower rice (or rice) - 1 cucumber, chopped - 8 oz grape tomatoes, halved - 1 red onion, sliced - 1/2 cup kalamata olives - 1/2 cup feta cheese - 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

Directions: 1. Combine olive oil, parsley, dill, oregano and spices in a bowl. Add sliced chicken breasts and stir to coat evenly. Spread the seasoned chicken on a baking sheet and roast at 425F for 30 minutes, flipping halfway. 2. While the chicken cooks, prep the fresh veggie toppings - chop cucumbers, halve grape tomatoes, slice red onion, and rinse olives. 3.To assemble: Spread cooked cauliflower rice in a bowl. Top with the roasted chicken, chopped veggies, feta cheese and creamy tzatziki sauce.

🧁 Ingredients: 🔸Butter - 1/2 cup 🔸Jaggery powder - 1/2 cup 🔸Whole wheat flour - 1/4 cup 🔸Baking soda - 1/2 tsp 🔸Salt - 1/4 tsp 🔸Milk - 1/4 cup 🔸Chocolate chunks for taste 🔸Cocoa powder (optional) - 1/4 cup

⏲️Directions: 1. In a bowl take softened butter at room temperature and jaggery powder. Whisk them together. 2. Add flour, baking soda and salt to it. Mix all together to form crumble texture. 3. Add milk to form the cookie dough. 4. Add some chocolate chunks and form a dough. 5. Cover with @kammakkonni plastic wrap and refrigerate for half hour. 6. Make small balls of dough and place on baking tray lined with parchment paper. 7. Bake at 180 C or 350F for 12 - 15 minutes. 8. Once cooled , decorate with chocolate into spider shape and top with eye sprinkles.
