On those blower motor if you drill. 11/32 holes one in each of the primary butterfly the bottom flap that goes down in in take and closed the flap more the thing will stop lopping and idle better. My t bucket runs fine.
Always fun to look for pinball at a bar.
yea, this bar in Torrance, CA has over 10 machines!
BEAUTIFUL CAR!!😊😊😊
It sure is!
Did you say "deez nutz?"
Man I wish I could buy it from you , I live in Gardena , but I don't have any cash . Been wanting another chopper since the 1970's when I had a Old School BSA Super Rocket Chopper . They are a blast to ride .
Very nice. A lot of work went into that. Neat that the shifter sticks above the roof. Like the Rat Fink Cartoon drawings
@@thehillbillyhoarder4996 yes I love it too!
👍
Lol look at that piece of junk lol Ford junk😂😂😂
Would be badass with 15 inch rims and tires. The low profile, oversized clown shoe rims and tires isn't cutting it.
@@jacksonmarshallkramer5087 yea I hear ya. I'm currently working on a 1964 El Camino. It came with 15x10 in the rear and some fat meats which are rubbing when it dips. I'll have to go one size narrower :(
$70,000 for a toy
@@braylanking7653 Yeap Yeap
How in the hell
@@Scrublord96 there were food on the tray but went in through the top anyways, lol
I’m restoring one of these at the moment.
That's awesome!
America. Need I say more. Have fun.
This is very informative!
Crazy Amount of $$$
Isn’t that a Galaxie?
They are almost identical except for the rear window has curvature on Fairlane and flat glass on Galaxie. I love that big round back window. What's even better is the 61 Starliner!
Looks like HB. Nova sounds crisp.
that thing is a beast! that shirtless dude has a 70 Elco with same engine pushing 900+ hp on nitrous
If were you put fresh oil is the frame square it's 83 model if it is round its 82 like mine was
yeah mine was 83, at least that's what was on the title
You should have sold this iconic bike with ease.
yea it went to somebody locally
'Promo sm'
Beautiful Ride for sure
No replacement for cubic displacement...Great car
yea this sweet Nova was at a small car show in Carson CA
Wow nice
yea I thought so myself
When I was a child my dad had one, the one in the photo, how many rides it was fantastic.
Nice! That's much cleaner than the one I had
Bad wheels, bad shifter . . . neat car overall.
Yea, I believe this was restored back in the 90s, they were Boyd's knockoff rims and shfter was installed too close to the dash
Ugly wheels
Why didn't you shorten the tailpipe or the exhaust pipes you don't have that big turn in your exhaust that's probably not so good is it looks cool but you got to have some back pressure but maybe not that much
I agree with you 💯! All those tubing came free with the van when I got it from a friend. It sounded good sitting still but as soon as I mashed on the go pedal it lost its mean growl so I ditched it all. Going from 3" to 2-1/2" with extra tubing made it sound awful on a hard run 🤢
lol
I owned my interceptor in 1983 for a couple years. In 1985 a woman ; 1)Ran a stop sign 2) Made a left turn from a right turn only lane. 3) crossed 3 lanes of traffic and struck me . No citation was issued . No punishment rendered. This woman had injured 3 other motorists previously. Greenwood mall , Indiana. I've never fully recovered. WEAR A HELMET, it saved my life. The honda interceptor was state of the art. It won many races including the Daytona. I think it was Freddy Spencer. Honda of Greenwood indiana was supportive in my recovery. I never rode again. Every single detail of a motorcycle "accident" is detrimental to a case. Ride with care, thanks DJB
Oh wow I am so sorry to hear that. It's unbelievable she was still driving!!! I always wear a helmet and ride defensively. Thank you for sharing your story.
where is the bike now?
Sold it to a local guy about 2 miles away
As great as this car is you will not get the same feeling as we did back in the 60s and 70s, we drove the wheels off of them, my 1969 GTX Is a good example of that with rods poking holes in the block!! After all they were making them every day!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I envy you man! Thanks for sharing your story 👍
What cam is this running?
I'm not sure what he's got in that engine. He is a friend of friend. I can ask my buddy to ask him. My buddy has the same engine pushing over 750hp w/o nitrous.
I had 3 VFRs, one of them an American 700 import. It even had some Arizona sand under the seat. These bikes were fantastic, the smooth delivery of seemingly unending power and the responsive handling. And the engine drone had a purr more than a growl that was distinctive. The best thing was the sense that the centre of gravity was very low.
Oh WOW! Thank you for sharing your story
Love This!!!
Thank you 😊
Can u pop the cigarette lighter in let’s see if it works I might be interested in buying the car a few days
Unfortunately, someone else has it now
Everybody knows that Orange county choppers are extremely poorly made and poorly designed garbage motorcycles that are unreliable , unrideable and are basically just a candy showpiece that is made out of Lego and super glue and not built by anyone that knows what they're doing. Everybody including Jay Leno that's owned one of these bikes has mocked them and said how pathetic they were ridiculously low quality builds and how it's basically just thrown together junk with some sparkly paint and clear coat. Don't believe me?! do some research. Every person on the planet that knows anything about motorcycles will tell you that Orange county choppers are junk built by morons.
Sharp lines, but I can't understand the concept of a bike you can't ride for more than 30 minutes without running out of fuel.
One's back would give out before the fuel 😂 It's a bar hopper or young Buck's game.
That is a sexy bike holy smokes
I Thank You Very Much!
❤️🔥🥰🔥😍❤️🔥
stupid.its no Scooby van that's just a cartoon no such van
I owned 1in early 2000's. Awesome bike
Nice! Yes they are
Keep me informed would you please
I want my van to sound this good
Thank you
Is that for sale that is so Beautiful
I don't think so but I'm sure one of these days...
Hey, I had a '73 GMC SPRINT. 454 engine w/400 turbo. Supurb ride. Big 'ol long doors. All factory. 14 miles per gallon or less. Gas mileage was half that when I first bought it.
Nice! wow you got 14mpg? that's crazy! I only got 6mpg on my 74 G10 with GM zz5. This engine was set up for dyno run in a chevy magazine article so they didn't care about fuel economy, lol
Sounds cool as. What engine, headers and exhausts are you running?
Thank you for your comment! It's a zz5 GM crate engine pushing close to 450 HP/TQ after extensive head work done by Westech, GM NASCAR high rise single plane intake, Fastburn aluminum heads, aggressive cam (Lift 474 in/ 510 ex)(duration 208 in/221 ex) and 750 cfm holley carb. It's got long tube headers, X-pipe with 3" Stainless Exhaust system and Hooker mufflers
@chopperQ Thanks Buddy. I need to get stuck into mine next year. UK based, so I have to get everything shipped over.
@@Thrash1t You are welcome
You aren't fooling anyone with those seat covers. You shot Marvin in the face in that car.😮
Bro…. Your friends kinda suck if they’re posting embarrassing videos of you when you’re drunk.
i guess that's what friends are for, lol. btw, as always permission taken b4 posting, have a blessed day :)
Is this near Chicago
No, it was in Gardena/Torrance, CA
@chopperQ then there's another one near Chicago ish area I saw at a classic car show it also had 1100hp so not the same
Maybe you should stay away from cars if you can't spell "IDLE"
Dammit, I did didn't I, lmao
@@chopperQ you sure done did it🤣🤣
@@KevinTurner-hr1wg I don't build 5 hotrod in past 40 years and show stoper by spelling
IT DOES SOUND SICK, DON'T THINK I'D LOVE TO HEAR THAT ALL THE TIME THOUGH, MY ENGINE IDLES VERY NICELY, AND SMOOTH, THIS IS TOO OVER THE TOP, FOR ME ANYWAY, MAYBE NOT U THOUGH.
Yea you're probably right, lol
I like two stroke bike
Yea I miss that bike
What muffler is on this?
Yoshimura, hp gain and beautiful exhaust note!
