Blacks Creek 2500 Processor in Action!!!
The pinnacle in firewood processors✊🏻 everything else is a few steps under. That shuttle grapple is the ticket👍🏻 sweet video buckin
Wanna buy it?? She's 4 sale
Great to have a machine like that back!
It's for sale .. couldn't sell it the way I bought it ..
@@buckinfirewoodsix months kinda scary to have a peice be down
Yeah been down longer but that's how much longer it took from them saying 2 weeks tops... lol 😆 🤣 😂
@buckinfirewood that's easy for them to say r they paying for it lol
@mattbowser5274 repair shop.. said 2 weeks..
Awesome. Just confirms I need a processor.
Looking good!
Пока разгрузит поспать можно 😂✌️
Easy does it there fella.
I could be wrong but 5 cubic m thrown=cord (5.09) those IBC are on a good day 1.1-1.2 cubes so 4 full IBC's will be 4.4-4.8 Cubes
When over flowing it takes 8 ibcs to make up 5 cords off the conveyor.. if you toss in by hand 7 heaping will be 5 cords..
@@buckinfirewood Um a Full cord of wood being 128 cubic foot neatly stacked or 180 cubic feet thrown (5.097 cubic m) . Are you talking face cords ie 1/3 a full cord ? 7 x 1.214 cubic m say for an overflowing IBC =8.5 cubes = 5 face cords
@chlyon yes 8 cages is 5 facecords
Always good times. 20, 30, minutes is fast.
Good video 😊
Thanks.. trying some new stuff with the program.. appreciate your feedback
You guys are rockstars. I want an autograph the next time I come 🥰🙏
You got it Boo!!
Now that’s a good account just back up and dump
It gets even better my friend!!
Now that’s the way to deliver wood right there .
Great idea to use the bladders for your retaining walls.
Wow That cracking sound when the wood splits gives me chills every time!
Got a whole mess os soft maple logs like that. Been cut for 4-5 years. Damp when split- dry enough to burn in a couple days. Some spalting and funny colors, but it burns well, and smells great- esp when burned with some Ash.
I call it false wet.. split it's 30%.. a few days later it's 15%.. good to go
You can’t beat the Axis for making “Pretty Wood”! My ser #is 022. 👍TCT
That's for sure Tony
Very nice set up you have there . I really like that bagging table . Also that’s a great use of the ibc bladders to make a corral for picking up the rounds .
Thanks appreciate your support.. yeah those bladders are great but we may have found something even better..
Whats better?@buckinfirewood
Stay tuned.. it's in my trailer right now.. will be setting up today..
I use my axis a lot , think my serial number is 49 Great machines
You're keeping busy. Good to see.
That wood is nice and dry. Nice operation you have there.
Thanks Russ..
@@buckinfirewood I suppose you could dry it in the bag but then the bag would be ruined from the sunlight. When the 12-inch wood was not working the way you wanted it to you made an adjustment and got better results. Is pizza wood normally shorter? I thought all wood was supposed to be 16 inches long.
@jakebredthauer5100 2 different products.. our pizza wood is 16" stacked in cages till delivered.. that baged wood is for a campground.. we can bag wet for this customer because it will be stored in their wood shed for summer of 26
How do you like that zw50? I’m looking at getting one, how much weight do you handle with it easily?
This machine is an absolute game changer.. if I were to get another it would be the ZW 80 .. for bigger is better.. but absolutely I would keep this machine aswell.. the capacity I'm not exactly sure you can find all the specs online.. but I will say the quick attach is well made and used everyday..
Love that loader!
bags
Yes bags
Make the best use of what you got. You should be able to go 3 high on that pretty easy. lol
The best kind of delivery.
Nice load. Bagged wood is a good cash flow generator if you can find it, especially in a single dump-n-go.
Looks like you are wholesaling.
This is all going to 1 gas station in French River, Ontario Canada 🇨🇦
@@buckinfirewood Wholesaling.
@@buckinfirewood Seems like big operators like you should make semi loads of pallets of firewood to sell to retailers. Anyone with a fork-lift could be a retailer. This would get your wood farther out to abigger market.
That is what you get for planning, investing and working.
The color matches your loader in the foreground of this video.
Have you ever had an Eastonmade splitter or processor?
We had the 12-22 a while ago now and traded for an Axis .. made sence at the time but miss the 12-22 every day
@@buckinfirewood You could trade back again and get your production numbers up. Verticals are slow compared to horizontals. Also, you could get one of each type of splitter. SplitFire makes a vertical that is much cheaper. The control is for your knee.
What is the wait time for a 60 C ?
Not sure on lead time.. was a Demo coming back from a show on its way to a customer somewhere..
Dang that was pretty simple process. Your bags? Can you tell me your supplier? Thanks have a great weekend. Just subbed.
Thanks for the Sub!!.. I use Bag Supplies Canada 🇨🇦 and NNZ.. but just got a quote for for some black bags with my Logo on them for a fair price from some outfit in Montreal just gotta commit to a skid 9500 bags ..
@@buckinfirewood thank you
It cooled down here yesterday. I am sure you’re feeling the north wind as well. Peace
Yeah it did.. had to break out a sweater jacket ...lol
Contract with RONA? Nice commercial account, hope it does well for you.
glad to see that things are going well for you my friend. Love that loader of yours. Have a great end of summer.
Thanks you aswell. Try to stay cool out there
Buckin great little set up 🔝 for the firewood 🪵 . 😊 . Great 👍 to see bags working out for you . 😊😊
change that bearing on the saw frame would you. otherwise great job
Why you say that?? You hear something I don't?
@@buckinfirewood 8:30 watch the pivot as the blade goes up and down
@jaredklompmaker7565 holy crap... thanks for noticing.. wow that could have ended bad
Awesome
The way to go buckin firewood 🪵 buddy 😊.
You’ve got a great system! If you make a better time later, let me know and I’ll submit that time instead! Thanks, Jeff.
Thanks jeff
Nice work Dan. Wishing you a great day 😊
Nice job Dan. You probably lost a 1/3 in the pile between jobs. You're probably a 15 minute a cord operation.
Yeah we are probably closer to 15min.. was thinking of trying again buy filling 1 cord bags using my other machine to hold bags while I load the processor..
@@buckinfirewood you'll be the champ.
Nice time. I see you picked a beautiful day to show off both of your cabs lol.
Bro this Bells 4K is like taking a gun to a knife fight. 😉😉. Sweet machine!!
thats a lot of wood
1 facecord in that rack.. thanks for watching
Hi Buckin. That 23 inch wood split in 4 still must weigh 60-70 lbs. Good video . The laws in the US can’t be much different maybe worse. I guess we’re not suppose to talk about it either. Total BS. Frustrating but all to true. Let’s go back to firewood. Have a great day.
Yeah it's heavy.. that Black's Creek 2500 sure makes light work aslong as it falls straight..
Great video Buckin. It didn’t take long to dress that bar. Good job.
That bench sander works great..
That's an interesting idea. Are you using this instead of pallets for stacking or just to cover the ground in your work area?
We are using the rubber for now until we can afford to pour concrete.. we are going to try a 30 x 120 pad and see what it holds.. also going to make a few burms to hold different products like Oak, maple, pine, birch and poplar.. but the big pile will be our Premium Mix... this will keep us off the ground so we can load with a loader and send it out the door as clean as we can
@@buckinfirewood Sounds like you have a good plan. I have a huge mudfest in my wood yard. I have to grade it and make a stone pad. Once I can afford it of course...
I lucked out .. a huge construction company has got a 3 year contract around the corner and they need wood!!!..
@@buckinfirewood that's awesome 👍
I think I can smell them cooking from here!
Buckin fastest way to cut that was with a chainsaw . 😊
Would have made a mess.. and stink
Hi Buckin. That pallet fork rotator what a great tool. Later Al
It certainly makes life easier.. thanks Al
