I totally get the frustration part - some puzzles really test your patience! But the final result looks amazing.
I totally agree, always worth perservering when it is tough because when you step back and see the result, it all pays off 😁
Girlfriend purchased lego polaroid camera today from her local big w store paid $79.00 she loves this very nostalgic
I hope she has a great time assebling it. If you look at it from a distance, you could definitely be convinced it is a legit classic polaroid camera the detail is that great!
I enjoyed that. One I did myself a couple of years ago. I liked the fact that it was set in the past rather than current day.
I love the classic style view, gives it a real unique vibe that modern style settings can't match 😀
Wow, Queen Anne's Revenge looks super hard. Good luck!
Yeah it could be, I'm not totally sure what it will be like until I get the parts out and see how it'll go together but I'm looking forward to seeing what it is like and hopefully it turns out as nice as the box picture 😁
Confused on the title. Did you really mean 'Last puzzle haul of the year"? It sounded like this wasn't the "Last Channel Update of 2024" since you are going to show some 500 piece puzzle assembly.
I have update videos I do every month or 2 so far that get released midweek for showing any new things and to go over any changes that might be happening. This is the last one of the year but I'll still have my regular videos out each week 😊
Looking forward to seeing the completion of the Mario puzzle.
I think it looks like it'll be pretty awesome 😊
HI M. Looks like an Interesting one my friend. Nice job. I like the Pink cady. TFS & 😊😊👍👍❤❤
Thank you 😁 It was lots of fun. Haha yeah that's a nice car 😄
You did it a lot quicker than me. My time was 7.17.55 but then again, I never sort, I just rummage in the box. I did the winter one in less than 7 hours.
That's still a really decent time, especially without sorting! Ohhh nice what's the winter one like?
@@mpuzzlesandbulds The winter one is another very busy puzzle, there is another bus involved, police on ice and just chaos. You need to get it, unfortunately I don't have it anymore as I send them to a charity shop when I've finished.
Hey Friend, I hope you enjoyed this one. That one looks hard. TFS & 😊😊👍👍❤❤Very Relaxing.
Thank you! Yeah it was lots of fun putting together 😁Glad you enjoyed
Sorting trays are great. I have cobblehill ones which are round but do the same job
It definitely helps a lot to have sorting trays, anything that can be moved to the side or out the way while focusing on other parts is really handy
I ve done this puzzle. I had it out our charity shop and it was complete. Lots of fun too. Love the crazy cats range of puzzles lots of funny things in the picture to look for too thanks for sharing 😊
Thank you, ohh I'll need to see if I can find another one for a future video at some point! Would be awesome to do another 😁 always good to get a find and it be complete
Hey friend, That’s an interesting puzzle. It’s coming together. Nice job and it’s cute. TFS &😊👍🎃
Thank you it was lots of fun putting together 😁
I really enjoyed this and hearing your comments throughout. Watched the shorter video that no had commentary. This video added more context for me. 🎉 I'm a fan of the first orginal trilogy. They were kinda revolutionary when they came out in theaters. It was awesome. With each new trilogy i like them less and less. 👏 👏 👏 Thanks so much! 😊
Thank you, glad you enjoyed 😁 the original trilogy is hard to beat to be fair but always good to see different thoughts and opinions on the franchise
great puzzle, very colourfull indeed! looks like loads of fun.
Was such a relaxing time, think it was needed after the big challeng of the Leopard jigsaw haha
👏👏👏
👏👏
👍
👏☺️
I did the 1000 piece one of everyone on the highway and Cloud with the Hardy-Daytona. The chrome paint/finish Square puts on these makes them so much harder, because you can't even tell what each small gradation on the sky really is. Kind of wish they didn't do that, it messes with the colors and doesn't look as striking in the end since the bright stuff has that dark chrome look. The Aerith one also looks off.
That sounds awesome, I had a look at some of the 1000 piece puzzles on the site and tempted on them but decided on this and the FFVII original characters and Midger due to how much I loved them but would be well up for trying some more of the Square jigsaws in future. Glad I'm not the only one that's had issue with teh finish on the pieces haha
Really enjoyed this video once again! 🎉 I'd love to build something like that. 😊 but I'd have to start with something quite smaller. Even the small ones cost 20 bucks which is way more than usually spend on puzzles. If I buy new ones it's ones I know cost at most 10 bucks. I don't what that amounts to in u.k. money used there. I'm in the u.s. wish I wasn't. Anyway as always Happy Puzzling/ building! 🎉❤😊
I get the price issue being a factor completely. In terms of assemling, at least the app/book is super useful to the point where any mistakes I've made have always been from me misinterpreting the instructions without looking at the section from all angles. I got lucky with some prices but the millenium falcon was £55 at the time I bought it
@@mpuzzlesandbulds geeze that price sounds really high. I'm sure it is lower in the UK currency compared to the price would translate to in dollars. I know the currency somewhat used in the UK. I'm not sure I'd use the correct terms to use. Sorry about that. I usually look it up on google what the difference is. Anyway Happy building! Gonna watch your long video of building the falcon!
@@lisa-r4w Our currency is the £ or pound, not sure american keyboards have the symbol on them for the £ but UK keyboards have the $ symbol haha thanks again for the feedback and viewership 😁
Always love your videos! You always seem to choose difficult puzzles and enjoy them. 🎉😊 Thank you for sharing your videos. 😊
Thank you so much 😁 I mostly choose ones that are on sale that I like the look of 😂 but I'm glad they are also ones other people are interested in too!
✌️🧩👍
Love the new Harry Potter puzzle. I look forward to seeing you put it together.
Yeah I think it looks awesome, real life images as jigsaws are always a unique challenge 😁
I was hoping to do a 1500 piece puzzle and then a 2000 piece. My puzzle table is supposed to hold a 1500 piece puzzle. Depending on the size of the pieces. Sometimes just doing a 1000 piece puzzle it can take up the most of most of my table. Plus I'm a really slow puzzler. I have only one place i can puzzle and its in my kitchen which is small. And kinda inconvenient. So i make do. Happy Puzzling!
They can be quite a challenge, especially if there are lots of areas with similar colours! My table is barely big enough for a 1000 piece, I've got a big plywood board over the top of it that makes it much easier to do up to the 2000 piece ones now but if I want to go bigger I'll need to get an even bigger board haha
@@mpuzzlesandbulds I've given up on even doing a 1500 piece this year. Let alone anything bigger. I know I'm not skilled enough to attempt even a 2000 piece because I'm slow. Earlier in this year I thought it was a real possibility at some point this year. There's just no way I can. You do quite challenging puzzles no matter the piece size. I actually really enjoy your videos! Thank you for sharing! 🎉 👏 ☺
@@lisa-r4w Sometimes it's just about the progress of a few pieces in a session but I totally get the struggle on the harder parts. Thank you for the feedback though and glad you are enjoying!
I love the videos
Thank you 😁
Enjoyed watching the build and glad your friend came to the rescue looks really good thanks for sharing 😊
Thank you! He was a life saver haha. I am so happy with this one, inner geek enjoyed it haha
Looks fantastic well done. I ve not long finished the first part of Return to Pride Rock 6k.Half is done 😂. But yes it's a lovely jigsaw and glad you finished it 😊
Thank you very much 😁 Well done on your first 3k of the puzzle, has there been any super challenging parts so far that took a long time to get through?
@@mpuzzlesandbuldsprob the tree and the foliage. Some of it was so dark I had use a bright led lamp to pick out the detail. I'm resting for a bit doing a few 1k and 500 piece puzzles before going back to the other half 😂😂😂
@@lauracraig6343 wow that sounds like it could get a bit intense. I have had moments on the 2K ones where I was saying "help" to myself out loud because I was conscious of how long I was taking and how much I was struggling with some pieces. It sounds like you have a much better coping stragegy than I was going through at the time though and using a red lamp sounds genius! I bet it felt so good getting the smaller ones out to take you out of the madness of the large one for a bit haha
@@mpuzzlesandbuldsit sure did. Yes an led lamp can make a big difference when working very dark areas. My strategy is to just keep going every piece in is one less also I ve found sometimes working the puzzle upside down gives you a new take on things as well. When all else fails take a breather and come back to it later with fresh eyes 😊
@@lauracraig6343 Ah I see, that sounds very helpful. I have noticed that going around and looking at different perspectives can be handy with the 2000 piece ones too. You're doing some great stuff with it though, that progress no matter how small is still progress 😁
Hi M. I’m working on a 1,000 piece and boy it’s a hard one. I hope you enjoy this one. It looks very buisy. Nice job & TFS & 👍😊🧩
Ohh what are you working on? They can be quite the challenge at times! I don't recommend doing an M. C. Escher 1000 piece jigsaw unless you have a massive amount of free time 🤣
Looks good enjoyed the build
Thank you 😁
@@mpuzzlesandbulds you are quite good building puzzles. Honestly I always can only focus on how you speak. To me you sound like you're from Scotland. And live there. Technically Scotland is part of the UK. But there's an actual difference between the two countries themselves. Both are separate countries. That get treated and spoken like they are the same country. And act independently on their own. I have more interest in Scotland on its own. It doesn't matter really where anyone is from. It's just a distraction only for me. Sorry. That's just so unnecessary. But that's my problem only.
@@lisa-r4w Thanks for the feedback, I am indeed from Scotland and you've got a good ear noticing it is different from other accents in the UK. It's unfortunate if that's a problem though as that's my natural voice and accent 😅 Hope it isn't too distracting to keep watching haha
@@mpuzzlesandbulds lol no I quite enjoy your brogue! I just wanted to know for sure! I know different parts of Scotland people tend to either have a very thick brogue (so thick it's sometimes hard to understand. While others may have a less thick brogue. I found Scottish brogues very interesting and enjoyable. Thank you kindly for answering my kinda stupid question. ☺
@@lisa-r4w That's good to know then haha. Yeah mine definitely is not as thick an accent as other parts of the country 😁
When you're in the flow, time cease to matter.
That's very true! Being in the zone is the best thing
I don't like puzzles with this much detail! I would have considered this puzzle really difficult.
I can understand why that can be complicated, there is a lot going on with this puzzle that I don't even think I fully saw everything even while doing it and editing the video 😅
It definitely looked hard. That was a lot of similar colors and a bit of shine. Glad you liked it, looks pretty in the end.
It was definitely more of a challenge than I was expecting but it did come out great and I'm glad it was enjoyed 😁
I see Aerith, I hit like. You sound much more like Cat to be honest, though.
This a reference to Rebirth? I haven't had a chance to get onto that yet
@@mpuzzlesandbulds I mean your voice
@@00Mk000 I had a feeling that's what it was, Cait Sith right?
@@mpuzzlesandbulds yes
@@00Mk000 I'll need to check that out, see how good the accent is 😁
Hey Friend, nice puzzles you got. I saw some Lego puzzles yesterday and I thought about buying one. But I backed out! lol. I love lord of the rings. Good luck with the Lego puzzle and can’t wait to see it finished. TFS &👍😊🧩We all have lives my friend.
Hey, I bet that would be a lot of fun! Was it a puzzle of the lego pieces or a puzzle of a full lego build? I am looking forward to it but it might be a wee while before it comes out after having it take 60 hours for the last 2000 piece one haha
I think I need to get myself a designated puzzle table
It is definitely handy, mine is a smaller table with a large piece of plywood on top as there was no way I'd fit anything larger than a 1000 piece on just the table haha
I agree it looks so much like princess mononoke! Your dedication is appreciated with this earth toned kind of color scheme. I would only consider trying in a 500 piece as well, but would be worth the challenge because I just love wolves and so partial to the native American art too. Thank u so much for sharing!
I'm glad I wasn't the only one to see it haha! Glad you enjoyed. It was tougher than expected but came out great so was well worth it. Native american art is really nice, I agree!
Well done - what an achievement! I've now got plenty of ideas for how to approach this one, now. I'll let you know how long it takes!!
Thank you! Wishing you all the luck with it and hope that you find it slightly easier than I did haha
thats a great Puzzle mate! lovely to see you once again. keep it up, the shyness goes away after a few vids.
Thanks very much, loved how it turned out 😁 Not sure if it is shyness or just my demeanor haha
Hey Friend, Some are a nightmare. Lol. All that green yikes. Great job! That’s too many pieces for me. TFS & 👍😊
Yeah that's true, well worth it in the end though for the view even though it took soooooo long to do haha
I enjoyed watching your "suffering". It looks amazing. You've made me want to start mine soon. Congratulations! 🤩
I'm glad you enjoyed it haha. Plenty suffering but it's worth it in the end for that sight! Thank you, I hope so much that you do not have as rough a time with it as I had 😅
I don't do many 2000 piece puzzles either, but any time I do, I feel exactly how you did at the end of this video. I do hope to tackle a 3000 before the end of the year though.
It is worth it but at times while putting it together it doesn't feel like it 😂 3000 piece one is bound to be a whole other level though hope it's not as challenging as I found this one haha! I will defnitely be doing bigger ones at some point but maybe not for quite a while when I have much more free time or a huge backlog of content 😅
I have that puzzle to do too. I'm wishing I'd stated it instead of the leopard one I have on the go. It's a Ravensburger challenge puzzle of just leopard skin. I'll probably still be doing that when Part 2 of your puzzle comes out. I'll eagerly wait for its release.
Ohh that sounds really difficult, what size is it? My free time is dominated by this jigsaw until it is done haha!
@@mpuzzlesandbuldsthankfully it's only 1000 pieces. I thought I'd have it done by now, but nope.
WHAT a challenge! I've got this one in my collection and I'm utterly daunted by it. I'm getting lots of tips on how to approach it from watching you here. Looking forward to seeing you make progress with it!
It can definitely feel a little disheartening when hours have passed and there's only a few more pieces in than before but knowing it is still progress is what is keeping me going. I think I definitely need to do more segregation of pieces for future really challenging ones as I am finding myself spending a lot of time looking through the piles I have. I'm sure you'll have a blast putting it together too! Looking further back at how those fuzzy details are making the image is so worth it.
I have this one in my stash. It looks really nice though. I m working on a 6k at the moment but I really like the look of this one 😊
I love it, but there's definitely moments where I am getting very little progress. Can't wait to see the finished product! Wow a 6K one, that must be a whole other level. What's your strategy for tackling it?
@@mpuzzlesandbulds well I ve started with the sky and working down. It's Thomas kinkade Disney lion king, return to pride rock. With larger builds it's the same as a, 1k build but there's just more sorting. I do sections on my puzzle table then transfer the 'chunks' onto my puzzle board. Due to space I m doing it as 2 x3k puzzles as I don't have the bedroom space to do a full 6k puzzle. Hope you progress well with the leopard. Enjoying the build of it
@@lauracraig6343 That sounds like it'll be a really nice one to put together, the breaking down to 1k at a time definitely sounds like a good way for it to seem a lot more manageable. I have yet to plan the logistics for if I want to do a puzzle bigger than 2000 haha Thank you, I can promise the progress is definitely happening 😅
Hello. Roberta. Puzzles. 1000. Yes
Wow, that would have been super hard for me. Good job!
I'm sure you would have found it not too bad, for the most of it it's just a case of following the arrows for the next part... the camera work was not the best for this one with how I kept moving while assembling it which maybe made it seem more complicated than it was 😅
@@mpuzzlesandbulds oh, that's cool! I didn't know there were directions :)
I said I would put a timestamp of how long this took but forgot by the end of the video. I think because so little of it is sped, up there isn't that much need for it anyway. Hope you like the wee ball as I am enjoying having it!
Hey friend, wow that 1 looks hard. A lot of black in it. Good luck to you on this one. TFS & 😊👍
It was quite the challenge for those pieces but thankfully with it being a 500 piece jigsaw it wasn't too difficult to do 😁
