Damn he used to drop fire back on myspace! I remember a track he made called "true king" where he diss king kekai lol. that song was nutz. But he deleted it after like a day, was lucky enough to listen to it.
RIP 😞🙏🏽 Wayne Medeiros
Thanks for rhe interview, no diss most locals only like jahwaiiaan and Bob Marley. There's a wonderful super wonderful reggae artist from the bay area named Jah sun, not shure who came out first might want to research it and make a name change, one luv aloha and mahalo.
Dope interview yo. Need that bored stiff shout sample 🙏🏼 I need to hit yall up. Quality ❤
🔥🫡💯
I don't take bad advice twice ..Hella dope !!!
That’s what’s up

I listen to wild 94.9 and the dog house religiously every morning..
I was privileged enough to personally meet LuckyIAm in 2004 and he signed my album. He was dating my sister's friends sister. And i met him at my sister's friends house in a basemset in Calgary, Alberta.
jah son - we got a lot to talk about... th grouch - do we? jah son the entire time - yeah, ......yeah yeah.....thats whats up. jesus fucking christ. grouch already knew!!!

TO THE GROUCH - THANK YOU🙏🙏🏁
Wow I never knew he hosted the GoodLife a couple times, that is awesome.
❤🎚🎚🎚🎚👑👑👑👑❤🤩
One of the most humble, creative and dopest hip hop artist nobody know about. been listening since his first album when I was 15 years old. much love Grouch! Happy new year's! Still have picture with you and my older brother and you were holding a couple one dollar bills in your hand, just like a simple man.
Damn. Grouch is the happiest i ever seen. Much love
I love the grouch’s music..but when they made a Hawaii hip hop and they said him..I was like I’m sorry..he’s not Hawaii hip hop..he’s just hip hop…and I say that because he wasn’t born and raised in Hawaii..let’s keep it real
Dope interview, much love to the whole LL crew!
This dude is just a cool as hell muh fuckah.
He wen to Bishop O'Dowd to play soccer.
Saw HI State for the first time opening for dove shack or alkaholiks or jeru or all at pucks alley moiliili late 90s. Boogaloo Buzz is a Hawaii Hip-Hop legend. Respect 🤙 Cheeee 🤙
A humble legend He has put out so much good material I’ve passed on CDs to my 11-year-old daughter and try and teach her the words of wisdom I found in there
BIGGUPS MAUI! BLESS from finland
Much Gratitude
Favorite rapper of all time. Great interview!
🤣🤣🤣
I remember living in LA in the late 90's and early 2000's. Dope energy and local music at the time. One day I ran into Grouch twice.. First was on Melrose, after I had just bought his album Making Perfect Sense.. Dude was hella cool too. We kicked it in front of the Golden Apple comic store and just talked for 5 minutes. Then that night we saw him after a Freestyle Fellowship show at the El Rey.. Good times man. Those were the best years of my life. 🌴❤

My fav along all time “success is destiny”
That’s what’s up!
My GOAT!! Hands down. Proud to say I bought “fuck the dumb” from his hand at Maritime Hall SF.
Much resort to interview but work on expanding on the Thats what’s yo crutch. You seem awesome but it’s a bit too much and it’s an easy habit to break. We all have our go to a Sayings just expand upon them w oh that’s interesting or simply don’t say anything until interviewee is finished speaking then segue into next question
I was introduced to the underground (bay area) music scene back in 96. I lived in Reno, NV. Shout outs to RAKOS, DJ SAURUS, OUCHO, TBOR, DJ BUDHA, DJ DOTKOM, DJ ECTO, BLUE LAMP, AREA 51, JAZ, DJ MISDOM, PERV, EMCEE, WORMZER, RENO SKATE ZOO ETC. I shot the Legends first show at Area 51 to a crowd of about 20 people. It was fucking AMAZING. Filmed Grouch performing "BANGERS" (fuck the dumb). Been a fan ever since. He was rockin a white bucket hat. Thanks to him I still to this day rock a bucket hat daily. Those guys ripped that show, they weren't affected one bit that there was only 20 people there! Legendary.
The Grouch is so dope. I first heard about him through Zion I. Then I got into Living Legends. Then I heard him on Cunninlyguists' projects. The guy is so ill and humble too. Much respect. Hope there's a new Legends album or EP in the works. It's been 12 years.
Asr10 or mpc?
Now it's cool, and everyone on here is bugging up grouch....Fuk outta here!
I used to get dissed for sounding like a black guy
The white guy who reached old black man status
That’s what’s up!
"That's what's up"🔇
That's what's up
That’s what’s up!
Thats what up
All I can say is that the grouch, gift of gab, Eligh, pigeon John, Zion I, are “living Legends” lmao
Yessahhh thanks for this
Fucking millennial
How could we get his old albums?
This is the first time I've seen an interview with Grouch, and I don't think he realizes the power in the words he says.
That’s what’s up!
Grouch, your words helped me turn my life around. Thank you
