You initial statement "I used to be a dog" would be factually incorrect because you could not reproduce with another dog to produce fertile offspring, so what you would be experiencing would be mental delusion. Christianity is a religious belief that can change, two completely different topics, so that is a false equivalence. I feel the idea of belief in God is very much a personal thing, you seem like you have good intentions with this video but it seems your definition of a "true" Christian so to speak is different from anothers. I personally believe in God but I do not follow any religion, I once followed Christianity but now I feel as though religion is a form of mental control and here is why. Religious people are often pressurized to only believe their way is the only way, there is always a fear tactic "hell" to prevent breaking the rules. When I ask Christians why they are sure the Bible should receive overriding power over The Quaran/Book of Mormonism they reply saying "I believe the Bible is true because The Bible tells me it is true" - but if i were to ask a muslim they would tell me the same thing. Indoctrination usually stops religious folks from looking at their religion objectively and rationally, they are prevented from using their own minds which is just worrying. Imagine somebody saying to you in order to go to heaven I have been told by my religious book that I must blow myself up in public, you would try to talk the person out of it but they would tell you no matter what you say, no matter what you do they only care about their religious book because it is the Word of God. That is brainwashing. Also, a literal, word for word, interpretation of the Bible does not match what we see in reality, which some Christians adamantly ignore. The Earth is 4.5 Billion years old but the Bible would say it is around 6 thousand years old, a massive difference. Nevertheless, my belief in God is something that is here to say. I believe that God is not bound to any religion, God exists in every one of us and wishes the best for us. There is so much freedom in what I believe now and I wouldn't exchange that for anything else.

Jesus is the one and only way to heaven,no doubt about it. I know too much to be an atheist,both non biblical and biblical truth, that God does in fact exist. I've experienced enough of both sides to know that God is life,but the world as a whole is dead spiritually,and full of chaos. I have gone against my own conscious/ awareness and better judgement, to anxiety and depression because I didn't go God's way and paid for it. Wisdom can be gain by both believers and non believers,but the only differences is that the believer knows the author of truth,the atheist don't.Wisdom and God goes hand in hand for the believer,while the atheist may gain knowledge a verity of ways,becoming worldly renown through reading books,trying everything under the sun...ect, but the Christian is warned to test everything under the sun, and that the Bible is efficient to support it's claims of truth and knowledge.

We know god's real because the bible says so, and we know everything in the bibles true because it's gods word, as mentioned in the bible. I don't think that logic is circular at all ;)

It 'doesn't cost a calory' to make those images, same can be said about the chemicals it produces to fuck up your heart, make you sweat and become paralyzed (also known as love) among aaaall the others. Well, as an atheist, I'm kinda happy for you. Your argument is good, but there are many flaws in what you say. Yes, atheists, scientists and the rest all argue, and often disagree. Religious people though argue WAY more. And muslims, hindus all talk about the same spiritual feelings as you do. I hear different sounds and see stars and objects like those in a lava lamp. The fallacy is you assume that we have always been "blind" always and will never understand that emotional comfort, among other things, that you associate with being spiritually alive. Many atheist, I included, came from religion. I was so ready as a child to "master" my understanding of faith so I could understand church sermons and my parents, understand why the world was the way it was according to god etc. Two years of trying to do that lead me away from faith when I could not defend it.

Actually, sight is easily described as an analogy of hearing. You can hear a person talking across the room, and tell by the echo that it is a small room. With sight, you can detect that person and the size of the room in the absence of sound - along with other information. The Bible you are putting your faith in was written by Iron age men about 1600 years ago. It contains more inaccuracies and contradictions than holes in a Swiss Cheese. It recommends stoning unruly children, killing Homosexuals, gives rules for slavery, rules for selling your own Daughter, and recommends a raped woman to marry her rapist. Your notion of trying to explain being spiritually alive to someone who is not spiritually alive only works for those who were never believers. Your concept, however, does not work for those who were once believers and now are not. They thought, just like you do now, that they were spiritually alive. Yet they now reject that notion. I also know many non-Christians who also feel spiritually alive without your particular god concept or any god concept. Your god is not required for that feeling
