Pregabelin nights, gabapentin mornings helped but it was too much so now only gabapentin and it helps. For pain, Diclofenac Sodium pill but for flair ups and all the grogginess and all, gabapentin helps

This set is so nice, also your technique is correct, you just might want to try a different brush: vent brushes are good for drying and they are small for easier control, a paddle brush is good for quick dry straightening, but I love round brushes because they can really bring hair to life and give good volume and movement.

You dug that potato WAYYYYY too early! Don't dig them until the tops start to die off. Yours barely started blooming! I just dug two 15 foot rows any got nearly 80lbs of potatoes and it wasn't exactly the best growing year.

Potatoes prefer sandy well drained soil, and regular dressings of pot ash. Kids love digging potatoes!

Been going here for years, tried all the tiers of caravans and we simply go for the basic saver every time. Platinum silver gold/deluxe etc are not worth the money, they are never that clean nor kitted out properly and all the tvs are the same poor quality unless you take your own soundbar. We are of the mind that when we holiday here its "Glamping" make do and mend, we even take our own air fryer as the ovens are poor quality and dont even have the right fitted shelves nor oven trays. We pay for the cheapest caravan, we clean it ourselves and go well prepped so its worth the money, I dont think we have even spent more than £150 on a "Hide away" basis for a Mon-Fri, we are in the middle of the country side and only a 10 min drive into the seaside if you go straight down Preston New road.. We avoid the restaurant and amusement areas as its like the rocky horror show but the overall spec of this park is lovely and the mere side is peaceful. There is a beach bus that goes from the park every hour theres also a bus service 3A that goes from the top of Spen brook court (Kippling drive ) all the way into Clevleys, via Blackpool town/prom. I would always recommend doing this the cheapest way and not spending more money because you think that Gold standard is the best, it really isnt.

I stayed at Marten mere in an identical caravan this week, absolutely disgusting, filthy and vile, the first caravan we were given had fresh shit on the living room carpet, got moved to another van, absolutely vile, neither vans had been cleaned since the last accupants. Had to literally clean the van ourselves. I paid £500 for 4 nights, ended up staying for 2, couldn't last any longer. If you're a clean person, AVOID at all costs.

I had panikattacks and I took the first 2 weeks 25mg because i really hat strong side effects, 3rd week 50 mg, 4th week 75 mg and from week 5 and maybe 2 times i got a very light panicattack, i now feel amazing my healt was so good. Im really happy that i startet this medication was the best choice i made. For those who ar starting with setraline hold on it is all worth it😊
