my partner got a new car so I have taken over with this Mini Cooper. I have sold it already as its going to my sister although, I have to do some things to it first so that its a safe and slightly more reliable car thanks for watching

I bought my partner her dream car! a mk1 mx5. or in this case a proper jam euros roadster. the car is a1990 model and was imported to the uk in 1993. it needs a bit of work, it is by no means perfect, however by the time were done with it. it will be. thank you for watching and please subscribe

I have a 96’ “NA8 “ (1.8L) it’s getting rotary swapped 😊
It used to have a hard top 🤣😭😭😭 you can tell by the Frankenstein bolts right there below the back glass above the boot. Those are for the Frankenstein grabbers on a hardtop they were only installed from the factory with the hardtop
It most likely did, but we're going to be getting one soon and putting that on it
Take off the front wing to check the typical rust of the NA. Also the plastic inside the mud guards because there could be rust behind them. Check the underside for rust and repairs. I do have the exact same LHD
Awesome! Cheers for the advise! We have had the underside inspected and it looks all good, however we havnt checked behind the mud guards or front wings, so I'll get around to that at the weekend! Thank you 🙏🏻
@ConnerRhysuk let me know. Mine was very bad. Left side sill was mostly gone which I am repairing right now. Right side has a minor rust spot. That's is why I found the rust spot behind the plastic in the wheel arch. Cheers

Which by no means implies the MX5 is a bad car, it's the reliable JDM choice :) unless you bought it for £2000 because the guy realised he broke it when trying to mod it and advertised it as "needs a little work"

Use the old clock hole for a proper water temp gauge , make use of it in a far better way.

It certainly was! It was awesome to see it in person, really changes your perspective on it all really!
We took our 2014 ecoboost focus to Ford for inspection. They fitted a new engine under warranty . I think the block was cracked. Apparently the exhaust Manifold runs through the head causing spikes in the cooling and creating overheating problems. 1.0 litre ecoBOOM 💥💥💥
I've heard "ecoboom" a lot recently 😂 My dads car had actually had a new engine fitted somewhere between 10k - 20k miles ago before he bought it, which he had it for 3 years I believe, so it might be the same problem!....again 😬😂

To be honest, I don't know how to answer this one, mines a manual, and I've never driven a auto one, I have a mate who had a auto one for a little while but he never really got on with it, mainly because he preferred manual cars. So unfortunately mate I don't know

love these cars, got one myself but i actually can say now, i would not buy one again thats not supercharged or turbo'd. Speed is not everything but its definitely alot when it comes to sport cars. I also notice i have to choose my roads more carefully because i have to speed for a longer period of time to go fast rather then having a car with like 400hp and accelerate fast to also go fast. Other than that, great affordable car and probably the best car of this price range as a rwd with perfect balanced chassi sportscar, just shame the engine is shit 😅
I agree, they're fantastic cars, it's just the engine that lets it down
i'm from the pacific northwest in america where it rain and shines whenever it feels like it and just recently went to ireland a month ago. i was pleasantly surprised to learn that my neck of the woods is not the only one dealing with bipolar weather patterns! 😂
Trust me the uk is well known for its unreliable weather 😂 one minute it's raining next it's hot and sunny it makes no sense 😂
I love gt86 but in my country the price is so expensive Rp. 700M or around $44K usd, I have the cheaper one is toyota starlet XL 1000cc just Rp. 20M or $1.2K usd😂
