Carbide Create Roughing and Detail Pass
When working with carbide create and vcarves, it can be annoying to not have the ability to set your depth of cut or speed up your cuts by using a roughing pass first. This is how to do just that, much like you can do in Easel.

DozaBuilds have you had success with smaller files using this method? I have been getting my butt kicked with an army logo .
@@usmc6153 I have had pretty good success with smaller files, I did the symbiote logo from Venom's chest and it came out ok. Sometime's the design is just too complicated for this method so I'll use Easel. It will do the roughing and detail stuff for you, then you'll have to export the g code. It works pretty well, the only caveat is that you can only export this kind of code for free for up to 4 days per month, so I use it sparingly. I've been thinking of doing a follow-up video to this one using that method!
