Hi Peter. In Phase 1 Task A for example, is there a way to split the time allocation that Alex & MOD have dedicated to work on this project? For instance, how can I assign Task A for 20% to Alex and 10% to MOD?

Good video. Just starting to use these features. Any recommendations for how to get it to present in order of Phase 1, Task A, B, C, then Phase 2, etc. vs. the order it placed in your example? I’d like to see it order by outline number or something better. The order of presentation of tasks is not great.

How do I do timesheet in project for web?

Great video, thank you. I have a question that I cannot seem to find the answer to anywhere, I am hoping you can help. When you import your project to Roadmaps Phase 2 is automatically setup as a Key Date. Why and how does MS determine this to be a key date and can you change this setting? I have been unable to find where this selection is made.

Project Web is really useful for basic project management, something that is really handy for non-profits, as there are a lack of inexpensive tools out there for project management that offer things like gantt charts. Microsoft is usually really wonderful with their nonprofit licensing/discounts and supporting the nonprofit community in general. However, for some reason, they only have nonprofit licensing for the more expensive Project offerings (Plan 3 and Plan 5) but NOT for the basic Project Web (Plan 1) offering. There is a post on their User Voice for Project site trying to get nonProfit pricing for the Plan 1 version of Project (Project Web). If you believe that Microsoft should offer nonprofit pricing for Project Web, please go there and 'up vote' the request: microsoftproject.uservoice.com/forums/914203-project-for-the-web/suggestions/41674525-provide-project-web-plan-1-for-nonprofits

Great video. You mentioned it in your video, but can't emphasize enough how important and useful it is that Microsoft has provided view-only/read-only access to everyone in the tenant. This means that I can add a tab to my Teams Team for my project, and everyone in the project can easily view project status.
