​Honestly taking it apart seems like the intimidating part. Im scared to get passed the heatsink, i dont want to move the wires. Ive been lucky enough to have ones with minimal repairs such as sync button jammed, coin in a disc drive, fan needing to be replaced, then a good scrub of alcohol on the areas that i can get, i take the fan off to blow into the heat sink as best as possible and blow every where else as needed then give the vents a good cleaning and both inside and outside of the shell a good disinfectant + alcohol (disinfectant for smoker consoles) I have had nothing but great luck so far. ​@@Mr.GameWatch78 Edit: fully watched the vid, and thats generally about how far i get tbh. This is all the easy stuff. Taking out the mounts and getting to the actual mobo and heatsink is when it starts to get difficult. Glad you got an easy fix!

@@Mr.GameWatch78 i was told to use "sideloadly" to get discold on my ipod touch but its not working (phoenix was also another recommendation but i cannot download it) 😭. im unsure on how to install discold and whenever i try downloading it - it comes up with a new error idk why

My only problem is that I am on ipad mini 1st gen, and so I now have the iphone version of reddit since I installed the ipa in your description. Do you know where I can find the correct ipa for ipad with the same version that lets me log in? Many thanks!

You can use legacy iOS kit or leet down to downgrade to iOS 8.4.1

@@Mr.GameWatch78 I have an iPad 4, wanted to downgrade to iOS 8.4.1, followed all the steps, I changed the system version to 6.1.3 and 10B329 using Filza file manager I downloaded from Cydia, after I reboot the iPad I went to software update settings and it says its already updated and now I’m stuck from here, i can’t go any further, I’m stuck now and now I’m bricked

@@saimanhussaini2010 to be honest the plist method isnt the best way to downgrade. If you have a Mac you should use Legacy iOS Kit or Leet Down downgrade. But I’ve never received any problems from downgrading with plist. You can post on r/legacyjailbreak they can help you!
