As the ad finally ends you sadly slip into unconsciousness and succumb to the watery depths. That's not even the worst part since you're in water you have no ability to skip the ad because everything is wet and you have no other choice to listen to the godforsaken ad in your last moments. Also in your last few minutes on earth you aren't only suffering with the realization of drowning but that you can't and won't drown in peace.
