I'm in Europe now and looking at a couple other countries this Spring then onto Panama to decide. I left the US six years ago what an improvement in my wellness to not be bombarded with the extreme cost of living, racism, political nightmares etc from the US.

You are absolutely right Miss Charlotte! We need to ALL have passports just in case! Highly suggest to request those birth certificates and get the process started ASAP. The US government will be mandating the Real ID Act, starting this May! This new law will make flight within the US ,as well as Internationally, almost impossible for anyone without a "Federally" recognized identification.

I am back n Houston. The trip was as advertised++ for those ready to move. Charlotte had VETTED professionals who were available to us on the tour -- realtors from Panama House Hunters / one of them raised in Katy texas --- Dr Duncan a GP/ nutritionist in office -who is available to clients by WhatsApp. 2 members of our group made appoints that day of our group consultation! -- Ms Bernal an immigration lawyer plus CPA. I contacted her for consultation before trip to determine Visa/ cost that fits me. Tour: A/C + water on bus. We supported 75 to 80% Afro owned vendors!! We went Pacific side to Caribbean side. From city- suburbs- beaches- condos. Seen to Rent own condos homes! And free time at the end to do what you want beach front balcony luxury all inclusive PREMIUM Westin @ Playa Bonita. Did I say she is a fully LICENSED tour company. AND almost every where we went we ran into other Expats who were prior BEIP groups/ or famous TH-camrs you recognize. That’s COMMUNITY !!

Greetings Charlotte, in early 2024, we decided that we would seek residency in Panama. Today, early January our family returned to Panama home to pick up our retiree permanent residency cards. You are so right, things do change. So glad we did make our move and encourage others to do their research with this group , reach out and learn you and your family’s options whether you are retirees or not. Peace Charlotte

A well organized 60+BEIP#33 tour ! All the way from the pre-trip zoom calls, to the meet the experts welcome dinner. Realtors travel w/us on the bus for 3-4 days. . . on and on. We needed that Luxury Resort at Westin Playa Bonita the last 3 nights. Sistas you need to sign up quickly!!
