Roger doesn't need Herculean Strength nor Power Overwhelming, he is already excellent at breaking enemies' shields. Way of the great Pirate helps a little bit, but it's much better having something like Full-Force Burst Enhancement, Hero's Strength or Resilience. Great Pirate's Ire is useless since Roger doesn't apply any status, it's a skill for units that can do stuff like freeze, burn, etc.
