@@sujiramrichannel я поправляю кулачки 1 раз на 5 років і точність установки деталі складає 0.02 мм на оберт. Але методика розточки зовсім інша. Ваша методика призводить до частої розточки, судячи з ширини притискної поверхні кулачків.

Iya nggak papa,..semua juga dari pemula mas.. 40 adalah angka tetap, karena jumlah alur gigi worm jmlnya 40, batang cacing ulir tunggal, akibatnya 40 putaran engkol chuck baru berputar satu putaran

om..apakah setiap cak pembaginya sama dg angka rumus 40

Pak mau bertanya ? Kalo jumlahnya 90 gimana ya ?
40/90=4/9 nilainya sama dg : 16/36 , 20/45, 24/54, 28/63 pilih salah satu bilangan pecahan ini, sesuaikan dg jml lobang yg ada pd piringan, misalkan kita pilih pecahan 16/36, berarti yg jml lobang yg dikurung/diapit bilah 16 lobang, tapi tambah satu buat tempat colokan, jadi 17 yg dikurung, lobang piringan yg dipake 36, putaran engkol tidak sampe satu putaran tapi hanya sejauh 16 lobang tadi, demikian mas, trimakasih

I see the amount of work you put into it, and did a nice job, but wouldn't you be better off securing the work piece and using a boring head in the lathe.? I am assuming you don't have a mill which would be the tool to do this with.

Kok bisa gitu ya ? ngencengin d satu tempat atau pindah2 tempat bukan'y sama aja om scr teori ? Kan bevel gear kecil saat d putar akan memutar bevel gear besar,trus krna bevel gear besar mutar akan menarik rahang berbarengan. Artinya ngencengin di mana aja tujuannya buat mutar bevel gear besar.
Iya mas, dalam hubungan mekanismenya memang begitu, yg satu diputar, yg lain ikut berputar, tapi yg ikut berputar tekanan kontaknya terhadap gigi lawan tidak sebesar bagian yg diputar, itu sebabnya kalau pindah tempat jadi goyang...dan hal ini bisa dibuktikan dlm praktek (seperti di video), Terimakasih mas udah berkunjung ke sini
