@12:13 your wife told you let's go to the other side of the street. I've noticed most Filipinos don't know how to properly walk on busy public roads. They walk with their backs to traffic, instead of walking towards traffic like you were doing so you can actually see what's coming at you.

Fun fact. There are no public bathrooms. So if you need to go head down to the baggage area before taking that long walk. The cards can also be loaded with 1,3,7 day passes which can also be used on the bus system. The $5 dollars is added to the card once you get on the internet and registrar the card. It is good for many years so don't throw it away if you intend to return to chicago in a couple of years. You can load the card from your phone with the app. Now we made the mistake of getting on the wrong platform in downtown chicago. We exited and tried to come up the correct side. The machine would not allow us. There is like a 15 or 18 minute wait before you can use it again at the same location. To prevent others from sneaking in on the card. Be careful if you ride at odd hours like early in the morning or late at night when few riders are on board.

This is my go to hotel in Pattaya. I've stayed here my last seven times because it's good value with the friendliest staff in town. If you are planning to stay in high season Jan-Feb (like I do) I would book extra early through one of the booking sites. Not only does this ensure there is a vacancy but you get a much better price than if you book later. The hotel is about a 5 to 10 minute walk to Terminal 21 and The Big C, depending on how fast you walk. The TV channels are fairly basic (no Netflix) but this is not an issue for me as there are much more interesting things to do in Pattaya than watching TV. As mentioned in the video, there is a complimentary breakfast on the weekend. There is also a fairly decent pool on the roof and a kettle in each room. Additionally, it is ideal for the baht bus as the location is between Beach Road and 2nd Road. Damn... I sound like a paid promo but in fact have no connection to this hotel. Hope this review helps someone. Cheers.
