Sorry to learn that your experience with the Sky Stream remote has not been intuitative like the Virgin Media remote or that the Sky Stream remote did not come with an instruction manual or leaflet. I have never owned or used Virgin Media but from your description it seems like it was more user friendly than the Sky Stream remote. Now you have mentioned this anomaly it may be a great idea for me to put a video together on the controls of the Sky Stream remote if that helps.

This is a grey area because in theory Sky can replace it for free but the reality is after a few months of ownership (I believe it is around 3 months) Sky will not replace it for free hence why I bought mine from Amazon. Sky do not make it clear when you purchase their service how many months the remote is free in terms of replacement, what they do is after a few months of ownership they will cold call you with the intention of selling you their monthly Protect service in case any of your equipment breaks down. They tried this with myself and I politely declined their Protect service considering I already pay a premium for their premium channels.

Really sorry to hear this, I tried this on my old Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and Good Lock appears in the Galaxy Store so it should appear in your S23 FE as shown in my video especially on a new device. My best advice is to either check with a friend who also has the S23 FE and see if they have the same problem. If the problem persists then you may need to contact Samsung via the Samsung Members App so they can look into your device. Please do let us know how you get on, it would be nice if you could enjoy this fantastic feature.

I fully share your frustration. Since I cannot see your device I would recommend contacting Samsung via the Samsung Members App and they can look into your query.

The Oppo Pen will not work on the Oppo Pad Air, there is a different stylus that specifically works with the Oppo Pad Air.

s22 or s23 for a little more are miles better than the s23 fe not many recommend this device , samsung has recently been advertising it a lot , i guess they are trying to get rid of their stock.

try to get an s22 or s23 instead of s23fe if possible
