Their hunting skills blow my mind. 🤯 They are so patient and the way they crouch down and freeze in place is amazing. The water slowed her down, but I think she should've been a little closer. Better luck next time, Queen! 👑💜

Yes, she was alone and had little chance for success. Lions are hunting more successfully in groups and especially in nighttime. They have excellent night vison, much better than their prey have and they can get really close
