Well I guess I’m 8 yrs behind lol! My friend saw this yarn at a second hand store & said here..make it lol! I had never seen this ever before! I loved your tutorial..you make it very easy to follow except the stitching on the fluffier one..I need to work on that lol! My question..out of curiosity..is after you combined your loops you slip stitch in the half-type stitch..why is that? Thank you so much for teaching me this beautiful scarf!💖
@pamshaffer524 Lol! You’re never too late to make a ruffle scarf. Hey, if you find the yarn and enjoy working with it, that’s all that matters 😁. Glad you enjoyed my tutorial and was able to make yourself a ruffle scarf. The fluffier on takes time to get the hang of, but once you do, it gets very addicting! You want make about 10 😂. If you’re watching on a phone, you can pinch to zoom in to see the three stitches if that makes it helpful. What I called a half stitch isn’t really a half stitch. It’s just a loop that your other stitches slide across. When you put the crochet hook through that and pull it through. It’s called a slip stitch. I hope that’s helpful if not, feel free to ask questions.

I had just made 4 different pair of earrings before I tuned into your video. Got bracelets & necklaces from my thrift store to use. I have been having a hard time getting my loop on the beads to match. You gave me the secret, cut the headpins off at the same time so you are sure they will be the same length! No guess work. The earrings are cute. I just wondered why not close the end of each dangle,then put them on the jump rings before you put them on the French hook, then all that’s left to do is close the jump ring?
