Marlon, what do you eat to gain weight ? I'm still 65 kg right now
Brother I‘ve had the thoughest time gaining weight. How old are you? Patience is a big key in the game of gaining weight. My body grew until my mid twenties. Apart from that, the trick is simple: find out your daily calories needs and then eat more than you burn. You can calculate your daily calories needs if you search for it on google. Most gyms offer this service too, they have a scale that tells you exactly how many calories your body needs on a daily basis I hope this helps mate!
I‘d like to add that for every meal I make sure it consists of the following: Protein, Carbs and Vitamins. Protein: Meat, Tofu, Eggs, etc. Carbs: Rice, Pasta, Lentils, etc. Vitamins: Vegetables and Fruits
Vegan/vegitarian eating is aging you prematurely. Do you feel fit but hollow?
Marlon is entering into his first Saturn 🪐 Return. I think his appearance looks great and appropriate for his age; that’s what captivated me when I saw the thumbnail. I feel he’s aged and matured well for someone to be so young and appear so mature; people are more likely to take him seriously just because he appears older/mature. Furthermore, I would say his vegan 🥗 diet is providing him the proper nutrients to grow into the man he is now. It’s unconventional in regards to the dietary rhetoric that is mainstream; however, it has grown traction and popularity as more people share their own testimonies from the benefits of adopting a plant based lifestyle. Based off of what I can see Marlon exudes a lot of vitality. 💪🏼
Brother the vegan diet was fine for the time. I grew up vegetarian, went vegan at 15 for 5 years and now I eat mostly plant pased (app. 75%) with some eggs, meat and cheese. I believe that an omnivor diet suits humans best. Of course, every body is different and what works for me might not work for others. I experienced some gut issues on a vegan diet (fiber overload) Never did I feel hollow though.

To answer your question: Approximately every 28 or 29 years the planet Saturn 🪐 completes it's orbital cycle around the Sun 🌞 which returns to the position it was once in within the mapping of the cosmos during the time you were born. Every seven years the planet Saturn squares or conjuncts the Sun; which translates to your development and advancement as an individual within this plane of existence. If you look back at your life at the age of 7; you will see how you started to individuate from your family a little by developing your own boundaries and preferences whatever that may be or look like that is unique to you and only you. When you turn 14 Saturn further accelerates your growth were you begin to think about your identity to a greater degree which translates to how, and where you fit in this world; your individuality at this stage of development begins to project ideas of who you want to become one day. When you turn 21 years old, you are considered to be an adult; during this period of time in your life you are actualizing all of the ambitions/desires that you hold and have given rise to prior. This time there are no obstructions or people to stop you from doing what you want to do since you are an adult; it is during this period of time mistakes are made, lessons are learned which then shape your perceptions and understanding of the world, of yourself, and how you fit in within the grand scheme of life itself. Once you enter into your first Saturn Return(which is around 28 or 29), it is at this point you will have a greater understanding of yourself and what you truly want out of life; but from a more rooted and grounded space because you will have learned and realized your own limitations of what is and isn't possible for you since you have life experiences to look back on. The first Saturn Return is when you are considered to be an actual "Adult" in regards to the eyes of Nature because at this point you have completed a substantial portion of your life's journey which contributes to your own realization. In my previous comment I mentioned the Saturn Return because in the documentation of your physical progress by age you are currently 27 years old; so Saturn 🪐 is just around the corner for you 😊.
