    Important to mention the Elephant in the room here ... The changes of the intro happen in the upbeat of the 4,Henley comes in on the upbeat of the 3. Without that it's gonna be a messy intro

    I firmly believe that diseases stem from lack of certain vitamins and minerals. Food does not contain as much nutrition as it did hundreds of years ago, as the ground isn't the same and food is transported from state to state and is not as fresh. It depends on where you live if you have a garden, whether or not it will be successful unless you add enrichment to the soil. If your soil has high acidity, you need lime to sweeten it and promote better plants. Supplements are important in today's world, where not everyone can grow their own food. Vitamin B Complex, C, D3, K2, calcium and magnesium, and also herbs. I did my research online for several years, and I have benefited from the knowledge I gained.I know how to stay well and I know when I am crossing the line, by giving in to certain cravings. I try to strike a happy medium when it comes to food, drink, and lifestyle. I will be 83 in April, 2019 if I am still alive by then. It's up to my creator. I eat organic food and seldom eat out and I don't order in, because I prefer my own cooking. Everything is available online, including a recipe, and it's a lot cheaper than ordering and paying for delivery and a tip. You never know what's in that takeout or who may have sneezed in it...eeeww.

    Loved Your video, and fanny! U seem very pleasant. I agree about doctors. Very smug about any real health information. Like it's forbidden or what? Except I become more angry, that only makes me more not well. I like vitamins. Could live without fruit. Don't really enjoy take out either. Maybe get a juicer from santa.lol.

      Well now that I've had six years since I published this, maybe I can post a part 2 video. :) Hey, I was having fun, thanks for watching. Definitely a video I wanted to share some ideas that maybe will resonate with some people. I didn't like the diagnosis and have always felt if you focus with intention (and in the heart too as they say), the healing is bound to happen. Today the lesions in my brain are no longer visible, i have energy to sing karaoke sometimes 6 or 7 days a week, I don't suffer from fatigue, plenty of energy for the gym. I've lost 50 pounds. I still have healing to do for my mobility. I currently use a wheel-chair. Have I been able to stick with a diet? No. I do wish I could say, "I did THIS and now I'm healed." I've learned LOTS about myself through this process. My body may still be broken, but heal the spirit, and the body will follow.

    Hey Greg, I just got my RR MS diagnosis! Now I'm in the club. Watching your video fairly repetitively has been soothing and cheered me much. Thank you for making it; I see myself in a similar way now, picking through the info and just trying every positive thing I can. I would love a Fanny Algers CD to play in the kitchen at my housing Co-op at parties. :D

    The key is to detoxify your body, and help your liver by basically staying away from processed food and anything you can buy from a box or a can that is full of additives, flavor enhancers etc. When you go shopping, concentrate on the fruit and vegetable section and some whole food grains - GLUTEN-FREE, of course (regardless of whether you have celiac disease or not)! You don't want anything that can produce even mildest, but constant inflammation in your body. You should also avoid meat, that since it stays too long, rottens in your body. You should basically stick to "daily dozen" that Dr. Greger recommends. Dr. Greger and Dr. Mercola are other 2 physicians you can trust and watch here on TH-cam. There's even Dr. Greger's Daily Dozen android app that you can download from the Google play store that would remind you of what to eat every day.

    How old were you when they found your MS? I have had symptoms for years, been in and out of Drs looking for answers, FINALLY had a Dr decide it was MS and sent me to Neurologist who actually told me I was "TOO OLD (49Last month) " to HAVE MS!!!

    • @Ane127
      @Ane127 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Audrey Grant That’s ridiculous. People can develop MS at any age. By the way, it’s a lipid metabolism disorder. The MS diets are our friends. The drugs do not stop progression of the disease. Good luck!

    Hi Greg how are you doing now with your MS? I've been following Dr McDougall and his diet which is based on Dr Roy swanks research. I was diagnosed in 2001 and then with secondary progressive about 3 years later. However unless I choose to tell someone they don't see any evidence of MS in me! I really hope you are doing well Greg.

    Thank You for Your video...I was wondering...do any of you suffer from severe depression/anxiety. I am 52, was diagnosed 5 years ago (9/2013).... nearly one year after my mother died on 1/2013, stepfather died the next day, 2 weeks later was diagnosed with Lung Cancer, did 18 chemo and 55 radiation treatments, was on FMLA since my mom passed, went back to work 7/13, was NOT ABLE to "bounce back", oncologist suspected MS 9/13., went to Mellen Center/Cleveland Clinic 9/13, was diagnosed THAT DAY!!! Neurologist informed me that I have had MS for about 25 years (looking back on my life, this explained A LOT!!!) I had to leave my job (THAT I LOVED) and have been on disability since 11/2013. There is MORE, but I have to say: I WOULD NEVER wish for cancer again, BUT...going through all of that was a million times easier than MS!!! With Cancer, I knew that I had a fight ahead of me, I PREPARED mentally to WIN, was informed what was next, each day, there was light at the end of the tunnel, I fought to get to through to the end of the tunnel, I won the battle!!! With MS, there is NO LIGHT, the tunnel is DARK with NO END IN SIGHT, I feel like shit & Cry nearly EVERY day of my life!!! My Dr.'s did not give me guidance, tools, education, prepare or explain. I AM STILL TRYING TO EDUCATE MYSELF!!! I spent my life taking care of people in my career, and I do NOT KNOW what I did to deserve this!!! I am going to follow your dietary & vitamin regimen and PRAY that I feel better soon!!! Please keep your input posted!!! This is the most REAL & SENSIBLE information that I have found in 5 & 1/2 years!!! Thank You Again~d
