Thanks for listening. You made me laugh out loud because you sounded so much like a musical mentor I had years ago. That person also taught me a latin phrase that translates roughly to "there's no accounting for personal taste." The Symphonette is one old retired video editor and a MacBook. I arranged this MIDI file about two years ago and hope I've learned something about Logic Pro, tempo and phrasing since then. Thanks for brightening up my day.

Crosby's words and tune were published in 3 hymnals, with an alternate tune by "JV" (possibly another of Crosby's many pen names) published soon after in about 18 hymnals. As far as I can see, it hasn't been printed in a hymnal since about 1895. 1) Jesus dear, I come to Thee, Thou has said I may; Tell me what my life should be, Take my sins away; Jesus dear, I learn of Thee in Thy word divine; Ev'ry promise there I see, May I call it mine.
