I’m pretty sure it’s called fallen down if you still need to know! :)

I found dream core two years ago and started seeing visions, de-realization, and schizophrenia. The music calmed me down, even when I found myself in the middle of an 'attack.' I would imagine myself in the dream core house realms and stuff. I'm two weeks out of the mental hospital, and found this on my list of calm-down videos. Trust me when I say this, don't fall into the dreams of being in the realms.
