    You need to be using a tool like n8n, much better than Halo runbooks.

    Glad I ran into this video. We're getting ready to start with a client who's starting their contract with us 4/1. We are using the contracts/recurring invoices menu for their monthly rate, however we have scheduled on-site time with them. The scheduled on-site time is 4 hours/week, and anything beyond this time needs to be billed at an hourly rate. Could I configure this in the billing plan combinations menu under the client menu with a separate ticket type and charge rate? Just trying to figure out the best way to go about setting this up. Thank you!

    Hey there Chris, thanks for the video. Do you recommend that these time sheets be used for payroll, or should a separate dedicate punch clock be deployed for all HR purposes?

      I don't think timesheets are a good alternative to a time clock if your business needs one. That may change in the future but as of right now, it isn't the play.

    Following. We're doing Sea-level too. Are you scheduling all tix, or are you allowing Halo to assign, then manually schedule, or hybrid approach? Related issue: we're trying to figure out the best way to do ticket time budget. Pax8 suggests pulling this from data in categories. Of course, we want to sensibly automate as much as possible.

      We are not scheduling all tickets - I'm not a fan of this method as it feels very connectwise-y and not really in line with modern standards. I've died on this hill with our coach.
