I want to say another perspective, Instead of saying how useledd insecurity is, tell yourself how much more powerful u can be if youre confident instead. Being insecure also means u can understand others and youdself as you help everyone. So rise from a point of positivity into confidence
I considered this and used it at first. But I think acceptance works more easily than changing the whole perspective. For example - Sarah says to herself that she can take her insecurities and use them to be confident. But her brain finds it to be a long patient process so it tries to deviate her mind from doing so (procrastination). Instead sarah accepts that she is feeling insecure and thinks of herself as crazy for even thinking about it in the first place. This tells her brain that it really is not meant to be something to think of and so the process is much more procrastination-free (lot less work affirming).
This is very real, its very unhealthy to keep thinking about insecurity, you also have to direct yourself on confidence

Hi! Sorry to hear that. The bottom line is, It's about giving a new perspective on being organised. It's not about knowing everything one wants to do in life and being 'put together'. It's about being ready and prepared for the changes that are going to happen while experiencing/living life. I hope this clears it up. Anyways, only thing i wanted to say is , if you give a real time example will be helpful for all to understand. Example, how can we have a study organization without any plans as i have exams coming up in another 3 months ?
Not sure about the comment thing. And thank you for the feedback. If I were to give an answer to your proposed example, I would say that is something that isn't related to this video. In this video, I only talk about the way the word 'organisation' affects our future (as in- not having everything figured out).
