Would these wings be too big for Astorath conversion?

I got this model and could not for the life of me figure out how the pieces fit together following the instructions. I thought this video would help but seeing its length and content its just an aesthetic model building montage(?) Is there a resource for seeing how to build a model step by step anywhere out there that isn’t the vague and 2d instructions?

DUDE, I LOOKED AT PEOPLE BUILDING THIS KIT TO ENSURE I'M NOT LOOSING MY MIND. I CAN SEE WHERE THE BACK OF THE BOLTER WAS CUT DOWN TO FIT THE SHOULDER PAD. YOU DON'T HAVE TO HIDE IT. I'M FEELING THE PAIN.

Do you need glue for building this one?

This was a big help when assembling this model. I also clipped and filed the peg under the shoulder pad because it was really awkward and in my own subjective taste think it looks a little better just like you had on yours. Thanks for posting this! 👍

ok this video gave me what i wanted to know he does come wth 2 heads, you should have put glue on the head tough mate... this way you could swtch heads, now idk how you can do it since you glued it

While I myself am not a fan of building such models, that also include painting, I AM however a big fan of lego building, and the more I learn about Warhammer 40k, the more infatuated I am with it. So, you can be certain that among the many mocs that I want to make from Warhammer 40k, Guilliman will CERTAINLY be among them!😊

I just think they are the darndest things. Imagine and army with a bunch of these instead of trukks. More expensive points wise and money wise, worse transport capacity, but so damn cool.

What kind of glue do you use for model assembly ?

I know it was a while ago but, do you remember if there were any spare parts left after you assembled these 3? I’m asking since I am considering making a few kit bashes, with any of the leftovers.

This has to be arguably the single most UNPLEASANT model to assemble that GW has ever made. NOTHING fits together, EVERYTHING is glued on thin half millimeter edges like some sort of nightmarish 3D puzzle, everything about this model is delicate and made of glass, pray to whatever dark god you believe in that you never drop this model, because it will SHATTER into a million tiny bits and your going to be stuck just having to buy a new one with how difficult this model is putting together.....

You didnt include the step that takes the longest! Correcting the mistake on Instruction 2a! It says to glue those mechanical ball joints onto the flat tabs on the middle platform. But if you do that its MILES away from the ball sockets on the Squigs hips! I can see you followed thr instructions at the 0:40s mark, and then corrected it by the time you glued the squig down at 0:42s 😁
