Do not Purchase any property form GRC group. We have purchased a property recently with GRC Group in GRC Subhiksha and have most terrible experience. The registration for my property is already done and now they are asking me to change the room number of the property without any proper justification/reasoning and are least bothered to share any formal communication for baring the registration expense. I have taken loan from bank for this property and have registered this room number at multiple places. No one from GRC is taking any responsibility for the transfer. Additionally, we were forced to give heavy bribe at the time of registration (under the name of agent fee, we were not allowed to find our own agent) and additional bribe for khata transfer and meter transfer, out of which khata transfer has already been done for registered room number. No one from higher management is involved or there is no source of communication with them. The people coordinating with flat owners are highly irresponsible and possess lazy attitude. They have zero management skills and understanding towards any issue you take to them. We were also not informed about additional hidden charges the builder took after agreement for property was done. They kept my registration on hold until I paid the bribe. The build quality of the property is also not good. Within 2 years many flat owners are already complaining about leakage. Neither there is proper cleaning, nor there are any functional cameras in the building. We are not given access to building terrace. They do not value your time, emotions and money. Save your money and do not fall in trap set by GRC group.

1)MR Ramana Babu is the owner and Fraud Builder of GRC infra pvt limited in Bengaluru.He and his company officials are totally into Cheating the customers. Ramana Babu has been specialised in cheating home Buyers.They will never disclose the hidden charges of the flat until you book the Flat.There Is no refund of the Money. You are in there loop. All the Reviews are FAKE AND MADE up by there team. 2)There marketing add involves 5 gram gold for customer on instant booking . How silly there trick is by the Builder and there associates. Every Review is Fake and Carefully Drawn by the builder and there Marketing team. There company is never a go for you Guys.Take care

Aksha has a marvelous design. It is very spacious and also is providing great amenities. Really chuffed with this place.

We had visited one year back and we were told the project will be ready to move in by June2020 but based on your video I don’t see any occupants and I notice the club house or swimming pool is not ready.is this property under litigation?what is the reason for delay?
