My name is Kevin. This channel is about my thoughts on faith, manhood, relationships, and other various topics specific to men.
The goal is to provide a gathering place for men who want to better themselves, strengthen their faith in Christ, and have community over coffee and pipes.

Just picked up my new favorite pipe, the Savinelli Tortguga 106. What a gorgeous pipe that smokes smoothly, the stem has a beautiful orange, red, and brown swirl Finnish. It all depends on how much energy you have. You really shouldn't be talking about this because every one of us is different. You can't give me advice because your energy level is through the roof compared to mine. Just getting up, washing the dishes & preparing food drains all my energy for the entire day. I can barely move or function. You have no idea what fatigue is really like. Fatigue & being tired are 2 completely different things.
I picked it up in my 40's too... I never smoker cigarettes though
I was a heavy smoker for years finally quit. I missed tobacco so I started smoking a pipe and then cigars. I never knew how good natural tobacco tasted until then
Awesome video. I also started with cigarettes and kicked them but I switched to vaping out of convenience. I picked up a pipe out of intrigue and stuck with it because I like the aesthetic and the ritual of choosing a pipe, choosing a tobacco, getting my hands in the tobacco, packing the bowl with my fingers, and lighting it. Having a flavorful relaxing experience is like the cherry on top. Whatever our reasons, I'm glad the hobby is alive and possibly even witnessing a resurgence.

Most men under 30 today are weak emotionally. I think there are still good women out there. The problem is we men are looking to culture for a woman instead of to God for a woman.

I'm 74 it goes by fast. I drank until I was 35 got sober and stayed sober to this day. I was in the program until 2000. Personal inventories are painful. Although, knowing what I did wrong in the past will prevent me from doing it again. If I stay aware. My Son got married a few years ago and has a child. I'm a Grandpa. I raised my Son for 20 years because of a divorce. Now, I am alone again. The loneliness some what disappeared. Looking back I have burnt so many bridges with friends. Because friendships seem straining. There you go! Life story in a paragraph. Just finished my pipe a few minutes ago. It was nice listening to the Coyotes from my back porch.

Nicotine has been demonized way too much. It actually has shown to have some health benefits. I've also heard that tobacco itself has also been shown to wart off pathogens in the air. Also, mental heath is just as important as physical health especially since one effects the other.
Yeah. The CDC and government wants to regulate and control everything. I'm not saying it won't cause cancer, but how come they never put the same warnings on the fast food industry, which kills FAR quicker and FAR more people with toxins? 💰 💵
@@RedLegPiper Yup. the main things that are killing people are sugar, processed food, seed oils, pharmaceutical drugs and stress. I don't think that tobacco in it's natural form is even close. There are actually studies that say cigar and pipe smokers live longer. I won't get into the science behind that here.

Don't wanna know how often people made fun of my cheap clothes, phone or prepped meals. You just have to cut expenses as much as you can. I might not have an iPhone, but my cheap chinese bastard phones worked longer than most other expensive phones. That alone was 200€ every 3-4 Years instead of almost 1k.
