My motion detection mode records 1 minute videos even without motion. all the videos have no motion. I got a 58GB sd card full in less than a day. I need to record only when motion is detected. what am I missing? please help

I would use a small twig or try to swap it, I can’t imagine that the actual hardware has a replacement. See if you can get a replacement maybe
