Off automatically update on amory crate. All works well without updating that stuff and works enough for all you need. No worries about gyroscope, it's okay, you will be fine without it.

And again, don't ever open asus application. Anyway when you will disable Microsoft instrumentals it won't let work asus application properly so you can feel safe to not get conflict with amd drivers.

Interesting. I will say the Asus Rog Ally made me appreciate the simplicity and fluidity of the Steam Deck much more than I thought.

I am deciding to wait it out and be patient because, similar to the Steam Deck upgrade, the difference in gameplay might not be significantly different from the original ROG Ally.

I tell u it is an amazing machine to have, I so far have been having a good gaming experience so far....

Althought its a major problem, it isnt very likely to happen due to the updates to the system. If it does ruin your sd though, contact rog to pay you for your broken sd card

I will upload a full review talking about my whole experience with it, so far the sd card has being ish funny, it sometimes shows it and sometimes it doesn't, but I will talk more on that, also gaming on the asus is quite interesting compare to steam....

I agree the Asus Rog ally is way better in playing the GOW 3 and arcension. I Will do make a vidoe on my configuration soon.

Rog ally is more powerful than the steam deck but it's worse in almost every other way, the steam deck has unmatched software support compared to any other handheld pc and has mouse like trackpads, which are especially crucial because windows is really awkward to use with a controller, not to mention how much community support there is for the deck. Also people were having sd cards over heat in their allys which is just unacceptable and is a total deal breaker for me. I'd get the steam deck oled or wait like a year for the steam deck 2 to be announced

Okay… this is what I have in launch options (-offline -offline mode "_ uplay_steam_mode") I also have proton experimental mode turned on. I am struggling downloading the Ubisoft’s connect launcher on Linux. But is there a way to just bypass it bc I can’t play it online anyway due to the servers being down?

No, but let me say that the longest I have played it is an hour plus. I have been playing God of War.

what I mean in ubisoft connect, make sure ur ubisoft connect is updated. also that you have an account and your net work is alright

hey, try updating your Uplay, makesure you are playing it on proton experimental, if it doesnt work, u might have to return the game and purchase it instead from Ubisoft directly like i did, dont worry steam will refund u immediately. install it and then log into ubisoft connect to find the game and play it from their.

@@steamd4gaming Yes, it has been fully online each time. This was happening in both Game and Desktop modes. I had the same issue when I was trying to get Splinter Cell Blacklist working. I used the same solution - get the "official patch" wink wink lol
