I made this today and I cut up the chicken in bite sized pieces, plus added about a half teaspoon of poultry seasoning and a dash of garlic powder. Cutting up the chicken shortened the cook time. Those noodles are awesome. This is an absolutely WONDERFUL recipe! Great for a cold winter day.

From what I've read and the YT videos I've watched prior to yours is that your liquor needs to be at least 70% or higher. Then vanilla beans should be weighed on a kitchen scale, split down the center and cut in half so the beans stay on the bottom of the bottle/jar and add 8 oz of liquor for 100% true vanilla extract. Beans should stay submerged at all times. After all jars are filled and closed up, shake a few times a day but kept in a cool dry dark area or inside of a cabinet and shake daily for a few weeks. Shake a few times a month after that and back into the dark cool dry dark. Repeat the shaking monthly until product is finished which would be around 6 months to a year or longer. The longer it stays in the bottle, the stronger it gets. If any beans are ever exposed to air inside bottles, then mold can start to form and ruin the whole batch in that said bottle. This would only happen if you start using the extract and the beans are left long without more liquor being poured to cover the exposed beans. I think I'm gonna split mine down the middle and cut in half then add them to the jars/bottles. Thanks for sharing your way of making extract, have a nice weekend y'all.

Thanks for information! Im going to convert my old carport next spring. I wouldn't cut holes in the metal skirting. I would attach hinges to the top of it and prop it up with a support. Then use hardware cloth at the bottom to keep critters out. BTW I love Gardening with Leon! ❤ Im also going to dig a shallow well for a water source inside the greenhouse before i get started with the build. That way i can use it for gardening and animals year round. I have to make sure to get pump with anti-freeze handle though for winter. Thanks again!

I have now subtitute sorghum sourdough for yeast. I also start on the dough setting, and allow the dough to ferment overnight and bake in the morning. Because I use sourdough, I don't need a sweetner.

Going to the market for vital wheat gluten.

Made this bread the other day came out looking fabulous, however very chewy and had a weird after taste, would that be the phsyllium husk powder or the vital wheat gluten that caused this and can you substitute for different ingredients please
