I always pull up to a lofi comment section when I need some support and tbh y'all are pulling throughhh so here's a checklist for anyone doing the same: - HYDRATION (doesn't have to be water, grab a soda or a juice or a tea :3) - Check in with your body for a sec and make sure you're comfortable. Sometimes we don't notice that itchy sweater or uncomfy posture, but once it's gone you'll feel sooo much better. - Don't forget to take breaks from working (or stressing). Just chilling and listening to the music can be a refresher. - Romanticize everything!! Anything can be aesthetic if you put your mind to it. Especially with some music on. - Tell a friend you love them - I can attest, they need it just as much as you do. Ily. For your first time being alive you're doing a pretty great job of it. So don't give up!! - ⛦
