Ok hear me out. Immigration is our cheat to get out of all of our demographic problems. Both unskilled and skilled laborers want to come here. That doesn’t fix the wealth in the system problem. But does solve the laborer shortage issue.

Now, not knowing if any other country is depicted correctly, but knowing with certainty that my country isn't, should I trust the map?

Everything that the guy said was right up until he started talking about carriers. Now I know geopolitics is his speciality and not military doctrine……. you don’t have four carriers patrolling the world you have one on training deployment. You have one in drydock which has been repaired. You’ll be lucky if you’ve got two out of any one time……….. so you have to rely on the medium sized carriers to fill the void which is doable. It can be done now let’s look at the next thing that spoke about these super carriers can’t go out on their own. They need two nuclear submarines each now if you’ve got 70 destroyers to do the math at least for destroyers to escort this super carrier if not more if you’ve only got 70 destroyers, yeah two of them are at one time straight away you’ve lost eight destroyers……. also, the carrier like the battleship is now dead. If you go back to World War I on World War II, Troyers or battleships were destroyed by single prop aircraft. The age of the battleship came to an end. The age of destroyer is now also coming to an end because of hypersonic missiles…….. so let’s see who are the highest users of hypersonic missiles or developing them. Yes, you’ve guessed it if you said China and Russia, you’d be correct now they do have limited numbers, but one hypersonic missile below yield nuclear weapon can take out a Ford class aircraft carrier quite easily.

I always find Zeihan's analysis very weak, way to macro and almost entirely based on demographics and ignoring social factors that are critical to decision making. He is also seems to me to have a very stilted view of history, is incredibly US-centric. The USA needs to pull its head out of its ass, stop listening to weak minded "strategists" like Zeihan and start trying to actually understand the rest of the World.

Messenger-RNA(as in transmits information into) tech, quite literally does rewrite your DNA. Now whether or not you should be worried about that is up to you, but you should read these things for yourself. Don't trust a single talking head, they all have an agenda or if not a blind spot. I don't care how smart they think they are, even the smart ones are trusting someone else to digest that information for them because it is not their domain. Use your own head, ingest multiple sources of information (including primary souces) and draw your own opinions, accept no-one elses whole cloth.
