That was on Broad and Morris befor the moved the parade away from South Philly
This great song used to be a staple of the Mummers Parade on New Years Day in PhilADELPHIA !
The string band is the only marching unit that is actually in step. All the others look like they are just out for a stroll.

I don’t know who they have designing their costumes. Quaker City String Band has their own TH-cam channel; you could try reaching out them for a possible response
Heavy costumes, complicated dance routines, challenging music scores, and a music sound that's best as can be expected. Quite amazing.

Great, yes, but I miss the "original mummers" with their huge white plumes (1950's)
