Too much black tile in the bathroom. It’s a bit oppressive. It makes the room seem smaller, like the walls are coming in on you.
Why is there property tax if theres is lot rent?
You have to pay the tax on an item of value. The landowner is paying the property tax.

This is a really nice home. The indoor washer & dryer are a definite plus. The small deck on the front entrance is quite charming. I think the size and layout are great, too. It's big enough to entertain company but small enough for a single occupant, which would be the case with me. lol
