This has to be the weirdest strat I accidentally came up with, yet the success rate is surprisingly high (not much RNG involved). I say it's weird because there are some decisions that don't really make sense, but it turned out good.
I'll see if I can get any higher though, not quite satisfied with this score.
Does S1 Bronya LC count as 1 cost? Who knows. I only put cost in titles for "clickbait" anyway. This run can be a 3 cost or a 4 cost, you decide.

E0S1 Rappa 3 Cost 3834 Score Sunday No Limited Eidolons (2.6 Apocalyptic Shadow) I like Lingsha but couldn't pull for her :( This is just an example of Rappa's performance without Lingsha. I think it's good enough considering it took 166 AV which is almost a 0 cycle (150 AV). Both DDD are S1, not sure how high is possible with one or two S5 DDD. Rerun when? Bronya's E1 is not needed as there is just enough SP. Damage and stacks are enough without winning the gamble. The only RNG is having the gamble target actually survive by winning, tieing, or tanking the hit. I guess this is 4 cost? E0S1 Feixiao (2 cost), E0 Robin (1 cost), S1 Bronya LC (1 cost). Pozyomka my beloved 222 pulls on her original banner, lost the 70/30 rate 7 out of 8 times, only got Gavialter ~70 pulls on the Kal'tsit / Pozy standard banner, only got Lee 120 pulls on Joint Operation banner, 2 Penance and 3 Mlynar, Pozy on the 120th pull Over 400 pulls just to get her. What a rollercoaster.

you think robin+tingyun is better than replacing one of them for bronya? I just got bronya but I am currently using robin and tingyun for my seele
Honestly haven't tested Bronya yet, immediately thought of Robin and tried some runs to see if it was possible. We'll see I guess.
40k seems possible with Bronya replacing Robin, Seele just needs to stop missing easy crits... Guess I'll grind the RNG. But the more I try the RNG seems to get progressively worse lol
This PF really is just a wind set PF with Feixiao and now Seele
Eagle set has always been good in PF. It's just that this one in particular is a lot tankier compared to previous ones, which lets eagle set shine more by giving the turns needed.

Damage is barely enough though, but with better relics it should be less RNG. Good luck if you're gonna try it!
