I help so many people when they were in need of help but now when I’m going through shit no one’s is there for me . I’m alright, brothers!

My usual response is I'm good. I usually also don't ask whoever it is back butit'simpolitenotto, and how are you? And every day I have to ask myself if I'm good. 70% of the time, I'm good. 10%, I'm alright, 5% I'm good. At the end of that day, I'm 110% not alright. But I'm 90% good. So 10% is when I sleep at night, and then 0.00% Is basically not all right. Take 30 years of not being Allright and make that 30 seconds. That's not Allright. We'll, I feel for ya brother.

Depending on the person, I mostly say "I'm alright". I'll only open up with people I trust that can offer insight. Most people aren't capable of a deep conversation, let alone, deep insight. I try not to spread myself thin, when I'm vulnerable.

I’m not alright when my 3 dogs died in the same year one was ran over his name was Kane and nala she had to get put down she had a tumor in her brain and eye and she was my favorite dog me and her was very close she was here for me forever and then bill she was put down she was not nice to other people and then ppl were saying oh ur alright and I said no and i was crying today I missed them so much😭😢😞😔

This is so true. I feel like I don't even matter to anyone anymore. Society has made me feel like complete garbage. Just because someone says something doesn't mean that they always mean it.

Fighting an addiction problem. Never understood why people did when I was younger just to end up like them. (No disrespect intended). Motorcycle project is on hold, nightshifts getting more & more depressing, bills are always stacked, people aren’t genuine anymore other than the ones that just go unnoticed but I’m alright though & I hope that you’re all alright.
