I am so happy you are reading this because that means that hopefully I got the chance to brighten someone’s day or life. At least that’s my hope and intention.

About me: I have many diagnoses but there are mainly two I want to focus on: autism - because that is such an important part of whom I am and the other one is ehlers danlos syndrome because that might explain for certain people why I sometimes need a wheelchair or a cane or something else.

Thank you so very much for your comment. It made my day. I have several different lists with videos on TH-cam. For example one for videos about home decor and one for videos about animals and so on. My tip for you is to create a list specifically for relaxation with safe and calm videos you can watch when needed. A safe playlist. I personally also have one in TH-cam music with safe songs only so I can listen on that one whenever I feel like I will have an anxiety attack or similar. I wish you a beautiful day. Tusen tack ☺️
