It’s not for all hair types at all. It’s not for 4c hair, thick and coily low porosity, course hair.

Thanks for this, I am a guy but also have 3B hair and found some products were either too heavy (ie cantu cream) or too light for my hair. My friend recommended this and she has afro hair, seems to work for all curls

Im a new mom I have a four month old. It’s been extremely hard to find a balance to this new life I’ve been trying to keep the lifestyle I had before and it’s been breaking me down. When I need to be more focused on enjoying my new blessing. My boyfriend told me I need to not put so much pressure on myself I just broke down and cryd. My boyfriend works long hours and I have no family around. It’s hard gaining weight and trying to keep focus on just doing my best. Breastfeeding is one of the hardest things I’ve done. You can do a frizz free shampoo and conditioner before hand and I have found that when I do that I don’t need a flat iron at all after!

I'm white and there once was a girl that I fell madly inlove with. Community college in fact, I told the girl how I felt. But instead her friend, another female, got in my face and shouted at me with rantings like "what you can't get a white girl?", "why because she's just some cute little Mexican chick, you can just talk to who you want?", and my personal favorite "get away from her, you creep!" And she didn't even know Spanish. I didn't care about that, I didn't care what music she listened to, I didn't care about what background she came from. To make matters worse, she threw a stone at my face (not her friend). And instead of pressing charges, I just went home, nurtured the wound and came to the realization that some people are just so hateful.

Girl, this is me. I just got evaluated and I have combined adhd. It really helped because the person who gave me feedback, told me the kind of extra help I need in life. It didn’t feel like they were telling me that there’s something wrong as much as it was telling me “this is how you receive information and here’s what you need.” I’m going to counseling and working through childhood trauma also that have affected ways I’m emotionally dysregulated and getting stuck in depression. Thank you for sharing this because I literally searched motherhood and adhd because I just feel like I’m failing at keeping a routine and schedule…I lose bills, important documents, etc. it’s been such a journey. Every time I share my struggles people tell me other things I need to be doing and it makes me feel overwhelmed and I don’t know where to start. It’s like I need someone to sit down and help me schedule my life, help me organize my house, etc. I do also get distracted. I’m always checking instagram way too much because I get lonely. So what do you mean by you spent your personal time as a coping mechanism? And how do you figure out how to get those dopamine fixes to not be depleted?
