5 star my ass. This place must be staffed by total incompetence. I was referred there, had to go in to fill out medical release forms only to have them totally ignore me for over a month and a half. All the while I am in excruciating pain with zero help. Then I call in, wait for over 20 minutes on hold, then when they pick up they hang up. When I call back I get the cut and paste excuse of "high call volume", but that does NOT excuse hanging up on me so I would have to wait yet another half hour on hold. When I asked to speak to someone in charge the operator hangs up on me. Piss poor excuse for any kind of service or treatment.
