Question…..due to heavy and Strong winds as well as a rapid fire that is currently taking place in Los Angeles,Ca. All my pools are green with heavy debris/leaves at the bottom of my pools. How do I resolve this matter? Should I clean the filter first and then net the bottom of the pools to the best I can? (I don’t have a “hammerhead” or a “riptide”. All I have is a manual vacuum)

What’s better, bottom feeder or a hammerhead? Is this just a personal preference? If my truck is unable to hold to a hammerhead cart, should I just get a bottom feeder?

I have new actuator installed with timer control, however it’s not automatically moving when timer is on and only moving when i manually move switches between on1 and on2. Do you know what could be wrong?

Your video is missing the most important part. How did you install the last fitting without being able to twist the pipe when you glue up? Most important part Sir. Please explain how you did it. Also, aren't you supposed to use blue glue on underground pipe instead of clear? So you can see glue bead all the way around. For the pressure test. Did you plug all the returns at the pool for this? What plugs do you use? What pressure and for how long when you test?

i dont even know where to start with panel installation. i just started servicing pools 14 months ago and know some panel and electrical but its hard learning youre on your own. Pentair Classes are always right in the middle of the week and I am a one man show. How can I learn this?

Just had the motor replaced but the manual timer switch does not turn on. I have to flip the breaker to run the pump.

Can you hook that SP32950VSP on a Aqualogic PS-4 controller and still use all the features (such as the spa/spillover) of the PS-4 controller without going outside and fiddling with a bunch of buttons . in other words will the speeds change through the PS-4? Thank you

I have this same system and need to replace just the cap on the salt cell bc the plastic viewing part is cracked. I ordered the replacement cap, but not sure how to take the cell off the lid along with the cord.

I would like to add this service to my pool maintenance business. What scares me is a pop out or structural damage. Do you remove the drain plug at the main drain before draining pool? Do all pools even have a drain plug to release hydrostatic pressure?

Is a heat pump better option than a gas heater for a not harsh weather place like Southern California? Different pool services mention that ONLY gas heaters are good options for this area. Because they are cheaper even having solar panels. What is your opinion for a 15,000 gal pool?

did you need to give the pool any additional treatment? i found dead bird in my pool yesterday. it has sufficient 3ppm chlorine level, not sure if i need to do anything additional?

My pool guy just installed a truclear with the cell on the vertical. He claims it is safe and sees it all the time when space is tight or on a retrofit. It is working fine. Thoughts?

Water comes out my jbox when i turn on the bubbler. Any ideas? Is there supposed to be a rubber seal to prevent this?
