It’s been working for some people and not other as I’m starting to find out

I’m doing my best this is the third time I’m trying to find fixed the last two worked and now they don’t any longer which is a pain in the ass I’m trying, though

I switched to ProTools artist myself, and I started using wave instead of ProTools while it’s not working right now

@@DaBigKidCuzV antares got back to me after a few days, they had to reset my entire account and give me a fresh license. glad it’s working now but very annoying wanted to use it on saturday not tuesday, debating if i want to switch to metatune. the trouble is i get projects from friends that already have auto-tune, sucks it’s the standard.

@@DaBigKidCuzV I did a clean install again together with tech support resetting my license did the trick. fingers crossed it continues to work. Im convinced it's the old vs new control center issue.

I’ve actually been using wave tune for the last week, and I like the sound it seems to be warmer and remind me of the old Autotune Seven. Might stick with that.

Yes, there is a new problem. I am trying to figure it out myself because that didn’t stay working but about a month if I end up figuring it out, I will let you know.

I have a whole new issue it won’t even open Antares Central. it keeps failing to load. I’m going to end up having to make a video for that once I figure it out.

I’m about to crash for work I get up at 4 AM but when I get home from work I’ll look into it some more to see if anybody I know did a different way

It seems to be about every eight months. It happens again for the past three years.

I have to be honest I don’t know if it works on windows the same I’m on a Mac computer, but I am assuming if it’s the same problem, then it probably has the same fix. Hopefully it works.

They never respond. I’m going to check tomorrow after work to see whether I found somebody that can do it a different way. Are you on a Mac or a PC? I’m doing it from a Mac I’m not sure if that really makes a difference or not When you’re talking about a licensing key

I am sorry to hear that. I have a friend of mine who’s going through the same issue we tried to get it to work on his and it won’t. But just the other day it started working normal again for him without doing anything so I’m assuming something is going on inside Antares

To be honest, I’m not sure I know there is a way some people have done it where is locked to their computer instead of an ILOK I would uninstall everything all the way, fully uninstalled and reinstalled

I kind of have a similar issue. My interface, which is an Apollo interface comes with Autotune in the new update, and it is only Autotune pro I believe, but the rest of my auto tunes are still on the trial and they all work fine. The Autotune pro has a whole new look. It’s black with blue Design. I honestly am not sure what’s going on because until the latest update it didn’t have that issue. Once I figure it out I got you covered.

For the iOS pass, where you just have to go to the ILOK website and say that you forgot the password and it will send you the thing to make a new password. then reinstall Autotune all the way from scratch after googling, or TH-cam, searching how to uninstall all of Autotune.

Search fully uninstalled Autotune so that you uninstall every bit of it and then start from scratch unless you uninstall every bit of it. It’s gonna keep doing that.
