Yes the less you dehydrate them the chewier they will be. Just note that if you leave moisture in them you should refrigerate them to avoid spoilage or mold.

Ours lasted a couple weeks on the counter. If you want them to last longer I suggest putting them in the fridge or freezer for longer term.

Without the oil and fully dehydrated, they should last longer.

I use a few drops or tea tree oil instead of the vinegar. You can also use lavender or peppermint as it does the same as the tea tree oil. They smell nice after too😊

Yes, you could! I use all human-grade ingredients... even the Native Pet's Pumpkin Powder is only pumpkin and apple, with no added preservatives or ingredients. Truth be told, I actually did a taste test of this batch! It wasn't bad, but a little bland, so I'd personally want to add honey as a natural sweetener if you wanted to make yourself some.

I recommend using it within a month of making it. I make just enough for one bath.

Yes Dawn is safe for dogs. Just keep in mind that if your dog has a tendency for dry skin, too many bathes can stripe the natural oils in their coats.

Thank you Paulette, I always recommend you speak with your veterinarian if you have any concerns over using essential oils with your dog. I have done my own research on essential oils and feel comfortable using these small amounts that are diluted in the shampoo on my dogs.

I 100% agree. This product is a bit outdated now, there are better ways to control barking.

​@@RescueDogs101they're useless. Dogs don't care about vibrations. They need a punishment that makes the behaviour unappealing. Most dogs enjoy the dopamine rush from barking so they'll do it all they want. It needs something that's less enjoyable to endure. They don't love you, they just love what you do for them. That's why they rarely have any respect.
