12/11/24 I was immobilized due to this lithium battery issue while traveling and your video to reset SAVED MY TAIL. I could not retract the jacks to even move my rig to get to a service location. I cannot thank you enough for posting this. ☺️

Of all the advice I've seen on internet, yours seems to be most likely to work & least likely to damage. So my questions for you are; what charge status is best to "shock" my battery, and how long should I wait for battery to balance before recharging and after full charge how long should I wait to use?

Good bms reset advice thank you. Also make sure you purchase a meter that has a clamp on meter for dc as most were made for ac.

I bought one of their heavy duty units that claimed to support a trailer that weighs 12,000 lbs with a tongue weight up to 1200 lbs. With a tongue weight of 1000 lbs and a trailer weight of just less than 7000 lbs, the tire was nearly pressed flat, the mechanism is flimsy, and while turning I was concerned about the tire being rolled off the wheel. I attempted to return the unit, but Trailer Butler went out of business. Great idea, poor execution.

Your videos are excellent. I'd appreciate your thoughts/advice on this situation: Eight 300ah LiPo batteries are hooked together in parallel into one 2,400ah battery bank. I'm careful to not discharge it to lower than a 20% SOC to help maintain battery life. By accident the bank was discharged to 9.8 volts (technically lower than the 10 volts which is a 0% SOC according to the manufacturer), for about 3 hours. The AIMS 4,000 watt inverter/charger (which was inverting and not attached to shore power at the time, and could not utilize wattage from the solar panels because it was the middle of the night) automatically shut down to stop further discharge. Upon finding what happened, I immediately plugged into a 50 amp shore power line, and the inverter/charger went to work charging the bank back up. I was worried that I may have damaged some of the batteries by discharging to such a low voltage, but the bank seems to have recovered, and recharged. In the back of my mind I'm still worried that the BMS on one or more of the batteries may not have reset, and that I'm not obtaining the full 2,400ah of capacity that it should have. (I don't know if a battery bank will continue to take a charge and discharge, if one or more of the batteries has been "shut down" by the BMS. Will it?) I'm hoping the fact that the bank seems to be taking a charge and discharging indicates all the batteries are operating normally. What are your thoughts and advice for this situation? Thank you in advance for your help.

FRAUD ALERT. It is baffling to me that there are people who seem to have received their product. My story is also one of hope and dismay by this fraudulent company. I placed my order about 10 1/2 months ago. The promises made by this company about there product address many of my personal issues with maneuvering our travel trailer. I was, therefore, very excited to purchase such an innovative product. Without detailing every painful detail of this saga, I will just share with you that over those 10 1/2 months I have received multiple commitments, from Trailer Butler, that my order will ship on a certain date, or "this week". They have even gone so far as to create UPS shipping labels in a deceptive ploy to make me believe something would be coming - only to be disappointed once again. When I finally realized that I would never receive the product that I paid for, I gave a 6 week deadline for them to perform within - or refund my money. At least 3 more deceptions (commitments to deliver) during that time, and nothing after 6 weeks. I then formally requested a refund. Once again, as an attempt to deceive, they committed to refunding and sent a UPS shipping label for the refund. Well, no surprise - no refund. I have now resorted to reporting this as a crime in the hopes that this can be stopped before more people are scammed for their money. If you actually received your product, consider yourself one of the lucky ones. For the rest of us, if you have had a similar experience as mine, please respond to this review, perhaps we can connect.

Where's the product?

How do you recommend "jumping" my 36v lithium battery? It's brand new, but no chargers will even try to charge it. Shows 37v on multimeter, so clearly not charged. Do I need 3 deep cycle batteries in series to properly get the BMS to reset in my lithium? (If that's even the issue)

How well does this move a trailer up the driveway approach / apron? What degree can it handle?
