Excellent shirum Rabbi, however I disagree on some points you made on the barren woman. Namely, there are certain hishtadlut, kavanah and segulah's a person can do to change the decree of Hashem. Remember Hannah, she made the hishtadlut and she cried out to Hashem for a son, Samuel, and Eli the Kohen blessed her. For when we experience afflictions and hardships we are to cry out to Hashem. Hashem wants to hear our cry. This is why we were taken out of Egypt. The same goes for when a person needs a livelihood. A person should make the hishtadlut of work but they should also put alot of hishtadlut into crying out to Hashem from the heart, this hishtadult of crying out from the heart will definitely help! Making sincere hishtadlut from the heart to Hashem can make a serious impact on the outcome of a situation! I think you will agree with me on this? May Hashem continue to bless all that you do!
