I hope i spell this right, costochondritis, its basically inflammation of the cartridge in your breast bone. Its extremely painful as I gather you've experienced but please please, don't ever feel these are all for forever. I made that mistake. Im now 7 years on from diagnosis and im back to excorcising when I can, and I manage my body better now. It was a very long learning curve but listening to my own body was the best decision I ever made. Xx

@@fibrowarrior6691 Yeah. I was working my ass off and taking care of my parents until they died 7 months apart. So dealt with all that and basically lay down to it when lockdown happened. Split up from my partner. Since then Ive started thinking about me more and how I think and react and deal with Fibro/FND. Stuff does go through stages, like the physical things. FND makes it more complicated as its really weird. Im learning alot more and hearing the things youve been talking about has helped alot. I only know of 2 other guys and myself that have Fibro. We are alot rarer but we do east. My mum had MS and my Grandpa had neurological stuff going on, so I guess I had a tendency to maybe develop some neurological problem. Anyhoo. @@jasminlccea1294 oh bless you youve really gone through it. Im so so sorry. I just can't imagine. But it is now time for you bless you. Listen to your body, learn your body, make a note of what triggers you. I can only imagine how much more complicated for you it must be. Im lucky I only have Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, But even any advise I give is just advise, tips hints, lol. Stress is my biggest demon. When I get stressed its like all my nerves explode in my body. Its crazy, even stuff like down to what I can eat or drink changes depending in how good of a place my body is in at the time. Its crazy. I dont think people can comprehend how much its constantly changing due to so many factors. Stress and the weather lol 😆 believe it or not when the air pressure changes it triggers certain pain, I cant get to cold. So I work on those 2 things. If I can control those the best I can I lead a pretty lucky life. I full well know im lucky, now, but I havent always been. Its taken a fair few years to get to where I am now. And I know you'll get there. But yes I agree, its not commonly known but it is more common on social media sites than when I was first diagnosed. Some of them helped me but some sites can also get caught up in the darkness of it as we can hit some pretty dark moments while transitioning through this. But should you ever need anything , even if its just open ears, mine are here, without judgement.xx

I wanted to say hello to start with, I really do appreciate every moment someone gives to my videos, most importantly I hope they help. Im so sorry you have been diagnosed with this but I just wanted to let you know that it was so lovely receiving all your comments on my videos. I have been doing these when I can for a few years, things change all the time which makes it harder, and I also run a Facebook page. But many people I speak to gained fibro through another illness, which is why the stress part of fibro seems to go a miss. I was pushed to breaking point and that caused a mass amount of stress on my body that it couldn't take. So you, my friend, have just made me feel more human, just by sharing a common cause. Domestic abuse can cause more that what we see or hear. It was a lesson that certainly made me stronger. @@fibrowarrior6691 Yeah, im not too bad although recovering from a flare cos of the AZ Covid jab and trying to work a few hours a week on a casual basis. Unfortunately though I dont do Facebook, its too draining on my MH. I do twitter and have restricted tweets and only have 45 followers as these folk are important to me as I can totally be me. Couldn't do it on Facebook. Thanks for the reply K, keep doing what you do my friend and hope its pain free. x

Ahhhh thanks so much hunny.im ok thankyou. Recently had major surgery so I've been in hospital quite a bit the last 6 weeks lol. But im looking forward to a nice family weekend at home. I just wanted to touch base with my fibro journey. I havent had time in such a long while. Not that I'm complaining, everyone lives on social media now lol 😆 I'm quite thankful I have a life keeping me busy. Your always so very kind and supportive and I thankyou always. Hello David apologies I have only just seen my comments, my daughter uses my TH-cam account and so sometimes notifications go a stray lol. Thankyou so much. I hope your doing well. All good here. Well I dont have as much time to do as many as I was but I thought id make it count when I do get the chance and make it pop or atleasy try lol. I was offered a massive career opportunity so I started that a couple months back aswell as a uni degree in criminology so I'm a busy bee, and I'm a voluntary life coach on my fibro Facebook page so I have a couple ladies I zoom chat with to. A busy bee me lol 😆 I hope all is well your end and everyone is healthy and happy. And yes, I have an Instagram Fibromyalgia_&_Life and I have a Facebook page called My Fibro Rant which is basically a support page, then I have the band page which is my 80s covers band which is Neon Street on Facebook and then I started song writing properly with a friend and so we started an originals band during lockdown using just our laptops lol but now we've bought proper equipment and contueing it and that page is on Facebook and Instagram and were called Jump Back. Weve literally shared everything from scratch flaws and all lol, we wanted to encourage others to not be afraid to showcase themselves with imperfections and also wanted to show you don't have to have all this high tech designer gear if you want to play and write just do it, so thats a personal journey for us to, ps, were just finishing a Christmas single which I'm excited for 🤣now I do actually think that's it lol 😆 x

That's ok hunny. This whole situation isnt a nice thing to face. No part of it is. Yes , unfortunately they just dont know. They like to think you are but my partner said he couldnt bare to see me fall ill again. I reluctantly turned down the volunteering but a few days later it really hit home with just how poorly I had been. I think maybe I was trying to run from it as soon as I could lol.🤣it's such a difficult time for everyone. I really hope you are ok and dealing with things the best you can. I hope you and your family are safe and healthy my friend. A big antibacterial hug from across the seas xx
