Not such a thing as an ugly dog! There isn't one of these that is ugly or scary, they are all beautiful, I would take any one of them. As a matter of fact, some of them are downright regal-looking!!! The Komodor, the large and white version of the Puli is also Hungarian and looks like a soft-coated big white puppy when they are young until their cords start growing. I once met a Hungarian out walking his Komador puppy who was just starting to grow her cords. Not only beautiful but very, very gentle and sweet.

I have one South African mastiff it's a beautiful dog but he does have three different personalities I have seen. One is he is loving and caring around children in my family. Never seen a dog that could take the pain the South African can take step on them he doesn't flinch. The other personality is when he wants to kill you can't stop this dog but he's loving and caring. Once the ears perk up beware.

I am 80 uear old widow and my 16 year old mini poodle is a geriatric specialist. She knows my routine and gently alerts if forget my pills, a buzzer /bell rings. bring in mail, meal time, check email. She knows it all and when to do it. Her only wish is to be with me and take care of me. Not specially trained, just her nature
