As an existing buyer in Godrej boulevard, I am extremely disappointing and riddled with unethical practices. 1. False Invoices for Milestone Completion: The builder has been fabricating invoices claiming construction milestones are complete, even when the work is clearly pending. This is an outright fraudulent practice to extract payments from unsuspecting buyers. 2. Forced Maintenance Services: They compel residents to take maintenance services from their in-house unit, Godrej Living, which is grossly incompetent. The services are overpriced, and complaints are often ignored or poorly handled. 3. Lack of Transparency: Communication is severely lacking, with no clarity on project timelines or legal approvals. 4. Poor Construction Quality: The quality of the flats is far below the promised standards, with issues like improper fittings, poor finishing, and structural defects being common. Such practices reflect a blatant disregard for customers' trust and investment. I strongly urge potential buyers not only looking for godrej boulevard but any godrej project in pune (special attention should be given to #rivergreen)to do thorough research and speak with existing residents before making any commitments. Stay away to save yourself from financial and emotional stress. If you do a little bit of research, you will get tons of information available in public domain with almost all the godrej projects struggling to deliver.

Project is good, Sales Guy Jayant is very good. ask him any question and he will explain you very well, in the language which a normal person understands. I myself has invested in it however beware of some Fraud Agents(claims to be SBI agent, named Ganesh & Mahesh & Saurabh singhwi) sitting in Pride World City Sales Office. Big time liars they are, they promise you anything and on the day of actual bank documentation work their real face will get exposed, they won't offer all promises which they do, because it was all LIE. and i'm surprised why PWC guys aren't removing them from using their premises. I suffered like hell due to frauds of these trio . Well, Majority of us take home loans but i would suggest, don't get into trap of these 3. Go and meet somebody directly in respective Banks.
